You've done Re: Zero, Saga of Tanya the Evil and Konosuba. You have to do Overlord if you wanna complete the Kadokawa Isekai Quartet and eventually try that anime out too (Isekai Quartet)
This is one of those shows where the more you watch it the more things you find to laugh at. For example, next time you watch episode 6, watch Darkness in the background when Kazuma is arguing with Megumin about how he just got resurrected. Her reactions are priceless. She starts off by getting excited over Kazuma becoming more and more of a lazy slob. She then has a moment when Kazuma, off-handedly calls her "kono hentai!" The moment keeps going as Kazuma keeps making excuses for being lazy until she actually completely falls off the table and out of view. A short moment of her out of sight passes as Kazuma reaches the climax of his excuse, then you see her legs kick in the air and her saying "waku waku" as she is overcome by her excitement at how slovenly, and more ideal for her, Kazuma is becoming. It's a chef's kiss perfect blend of a joke, her character, and the foreshadowing/reveal of her feelings for him.
Aqua purifying the zombies during the caravan segment and suddenly dropping Wiz getting side-purged was my favorite part of the season. It just caught me off-guard and I burst laughing
This show has a direct line to my funny bone, no matter how many times I watch I lol. I've probably watched konosuba all the way through more then any other anime to date.
One thing Konosuba succeeded massively at is making me feel bad for Yunyun. Literally every time she shows up, no matter what, I feel just a bit depressed. Even when she's being funny, there's an air of desperation about every scene she's in. Isekai Quartet made it worse by pointing out the very obvious joke Konosuba makes: Yunyun has no friends. This is demonstrated by Yunyun being the ONLY PERSON in her 'class' at the school. During the school festival, they even have her acting out The Little Match Girl, the story of a young girl dying cold and alone.
You don't see it here but the Megumin light novels go into Megumin and Yunyun's friendship more. Of course, like everything else, it isn't perfect and maybe a little twisted. :)
40:23 I watched season 2 twice; on the second time, I realized, "Wait a minute; the woman in the mixed bath is talking to the guy that turns out to be a poison slime; is she a future antagonist?!" (spoilers below) As it turns out, she is; her name's Wolbach, and let's just say that she and Megumin's pet cat are related...
Surprised it wasn't pointed out, that Darkness's rant in episode 4 is a hilariously perfect subversion of the "Prince Charming" speech. Darkness's ideal man is the literal opposite of what you'd see from Disney princesses. Also, the foreshadowing that Darkness's speech almost perfectly describes Kazuma, as she falls in love with Kazuma as the series goes along.
Said it before and Il say it again...Konosuba has THE best rewatch value of any anime out there, bar none! Every single rewatch has something new to laugh at and appreciate. Can't wait for season 3!!

The kid seemed genuinely surprised to trip like that, and didn’t start using the pamphlet until after Kazuma and Darkness had finished checking if she was okay. And even then, she never referred to it as signing up at all. She only knew that she was supposed to try and get people to put their names on it. When Kazuma realizes what the paper is and looks up, her face doesn’t even really change, but just is shaded like the others were when he realized they were also Axis Cultists. Considering the other cultists actually had a noticeable change in expression, it’s almost as if Kazuma just lumped her in with all the others when she genuinely didn’t think there was anything wrong with what she was doing. Then, later on, when everyone else is laying into her for pretending to be the goddess that their society is based around, the kid just hops on the bandwagon and calls her out for being a liar
Konosuba is an amazing show and I can't wait for whenever the next anime project + spin off they announced drops. I love the characters of this show. I'm not sure if it's my favourite as I love Grand blue for how outrageous some of the jokes in that show are but Konosuba and that are fighting for top spot.

I really needed this. I love Konosuba and I miss watching it, and wish that there was another season or movie or something that I could look forward to watch. The only problem is that I'm a bit asthmatic so watching it becomes difficult with how much it makes me laugh but I love it nonetheless.

i have to agree; konosuba is definitely my #1 comedy too (spy x family coming close). it’s so ridiculously silly and funny and the voice actors and actresses are just legendary. the writing is genius and sometimes when i want some noise playing in the background, i like playing konosuba and a select few others and happily get distracted from my actual task. episode 4-6 of darkness shenanigans and then the following adventure in the axis town were wonderful. aqua and kasuma being excited to go to the town made me smile, because it kind of feels like their japanese roots showing, that they enjoy hot springs like how many japanese take a soak at night after a long day of work/school. while i can’t remember any other scene, seeing aqua’s final two attacks was the most stunning animation; so smooth, so beautiful, so detailed. as much as i enjoy consistently nice art style like jobless reincarnation and princess connect re:dive, i have to agree, it HAS to be this art style that makes konosuba so comedic. thank you for the amazing video! definitely looking forward the season 3 and the megumi ova coming in the future.

YOU SHOULD WATCH PRINCESS CONNECT RE:DIVE! It has so many Konosuba vibes (comedy and animation wise, the animation is BEAUTIFUL.) and it’s even directed by the same person, and it has *almost* the same characters but still charming in their own ways!

He voiced the previous "isekai'd" character (on other notable works, Brook from One Piece and Mogamett in Magi's second season) and I simply ADORE how he so easily goes from a nostalgic old man to a comedic buffoon in easily a change of lines and it cracks me up!

This show just keeps getting better every time, season 2 was better then season 1 (which was already exceptional), then came the movie and now they might do season three which, I read the light novel and I can confidently say that it will be the best arc if the show is not the best of the whole Konosuba story
Great video! Konosuba is such a great show. The movie made me laugh for the whole two hours but even till today i'm not even sure what the plot line was. Season 2 of Konosuba was even more funnier than season 1 of Konosuba. Which is something I think some people don't really realize just how much they tried to squeeze from Light Novels Vol 3 and Vol 4 into it. At the half way point of Season 2 Kazuma declares that he finally finished this world's tutorial mode which is something not many people had noticed. Episode 5 of Season 2 being the conclusion to the 3rd Arc of the story is perhaps a good episode to show newcomers what to expect with a show like Konosuba if they are unable to watch the earlier episodes due to how long it may take to get a gist of the main characters.

While I agree 2 win for op, what I also like it was sorta a mini quest from start and finish showing off all the characters stuff too.

He voiced the previous "isekai'd" character (on other notable works, Brook from One Piece and Mogamett in Magi's second season) and I simply ADORE how he so easily goes from a nostalgic old man to a comedic buffoon in easily a change of lines and it cracks me up!

Also my favourite character- that isn't the main four is mohawk guy he just always shows up and says something dramatic and everytimg I ask myself "WHO ARE YOU" it's such a dumb bit but I love it so much.

This show just keeps getting better every time, season 2 was better then season 1 (which was already exceptional), then came the movie and now they might do season three which, I read the light novel and I can confidently say that it will be the best arc if the show is not the best of the whole Konosuba story

Great video! Konosuba is such a great show. The movie made me laugh for the whole two hours but even till today i'm not even sure what the plot line was.

Season 2 of Konosuba was even more funnier than season 1 of Konosuba.
Which is something I think some people don't really realize just how much they tried to squeeze from Light Novels Vol 3 and Vol 4 into it.
At the half way point of Season 2 Kazuma declares that he finally finished this world's tutorial mode which is something not many people had noticed.
Episode 5 of Season 2 being the conclusion to the 3rd Arc of the story is perhaps a good episode to show newcomers what to expect with a show like Konosuba if they are unable to watch the earlier episodes due to how long it may take to get a gist of the main characters.
Haven't seen the movie yet, probably will watch it one you post your wins version of it but man season 2 is good freaking good lmao
