What he said contradicts with what he did last week by withholding arms aid to Israel.

He was shot in the head about 3 blocks away and drove to the headquarters where he parked on the sidewalk and his colleagues came to his aid.

I saw that with Trump, and I don't know if it was because of a teleprompter issue or a stroke, but I do know that he froze and just stood there doing nothing for what felt like an eternity. Considering he often goes off script with a functioning teleprompter it does make me wonder if he was having a serious mental episode.
