I don't think burning this man's house down with everyone inside is the right way to deal with this. This was a joke. Waco was "an accident" But on a more serious note HRT is stationed out in Quantico. They're not gonna fly them all the way out to LA when local agencies have three full time tactical teams available (LAPD SWAT, LAPD SIS, and LASD Special Enforcement Bureau). One possible exception would be if there was a confirmed CBRNE threat (With emphasis on the CBRN rather than just conventional explosives). If any FBI tactical unit was used it would be the Los Angeles Field Office FBI SWAT team. I'm fairly sure the LA Field Office FBI SWAT team is an Enhanced FBI SWAT Team so the guys on there are qualified to augment/support HRT if they needed more bodies.
If this series was realistic the FBI wouldn't just send normal agents they would send FBI SWAT from the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office to work together with the LAPD

this show quit even trying to be good or kind of realistic after season 3 . in real the cops would just start mag dumping blindly through the walls until everyone inside was swiss cheese and wood and dry wall wouldn't stop that as cover
i know its TV but they talk way to loud and way to much. like the first 30 of the video if i was in that house i could have hear them coming from 200+ yards out.

FBI are pencil pushers and in reality aren't all that. Then again, it does depend on WHO you talk about in FBI.
