    An “as is” sale means you’re not making any repairs if you’re done with fixing leaks or other issues, this is your route.
    Just know, if your home is in poor condition, buyers might offer less because they’ll factor in the cost of repairs.
    On the flip side, if your home is in average or above-average shape, buyers might still be open to an “as is” deal but will probably ask for an inspection with the right to back out if things don’t look good.
    For a traditional sale, you might get a higher offer if you’re willing to address concerns and repairs.
