Realtors lie during the initial meeting. All the do is put you on the "drip property" email list and sneak things into your contract. I've fired 4 Realtors for putting in minimal effort. Realtors don't want you reading documents/contracts. Etc etc

Tell the people! I definitely painted my first condo kitchen orange and when I was renting it out, my tenant asked me to repaint. I was so offended. lol. I bought a townhouse a year ago and the walls were griege and gray and I was so happy! People on the internet always complain about how bland these paint colors look. I did not care! Painting is expensive and it was one less thing to do. I have no plans to repaint anytime soon b/c I refuse to pay for that. I get my color in my art, furniture and accessories.
