Is it that ez I’m a beginner on cars but have been doing mostly my own work on my 01 530 and my 02 540i I’m looking to do this to my 540 or do u recommend taking to a shop?
You can do it with the right tools and an open day of availability. I'd recommend a coping saw or a sawzall to cut the exhaust. That tool we used sucked. I would avoid using an angle grinder unless you have experience with it.

Yes, it’s a stock exhaust other than the mods shown in video.
Need to delete the resonator for natural burbles on let off and downshifts

@@TheCherryGarage I was looking at this muffler delete and after debating whether I build my own with just a tip and clamp I went with the tuner one. Sounds so sick. Check out my v8 6 speed manual 540. Thanks for the vid! And I was just joking about the tool lol

That exhaust cutter is the worst tool i have seen on youtube so far. Hacksaw machine is a far better tool for the job. Idk if you are trying to sell a product. But, that is just horrible to watch. Eye soar man
