    "Nah, it' s just babybotox" is the equivalence of "I' m not an addict, just a social drug user". If the label makes you feel better with yourself, ok but you do botox, you do coco and I don' t judge. 🤷🏻‍♀️

      it's not for them to pretend they aren't using botox 😂 it's just a term describing getting a small amount of it or less units than a dermatologist typically uses for that particular area they are treating. People even lie about botox without less units or amounts anyways

    I actually published an article on this exact thing I do not like when people use baby Botox or preventative Botox or when people claim that when you’re older, when you apparently to some think that is when you need Botox it won’t work that is not the point of Botox. That also is scientifically incorrect. There are many marketing mishaps in medical aesthetics I absolutely agree with you.

      @sebumpostmortem Рік тому +1

      Funnily enough, a young person with tiny fine lines who wants to start early for prevention will need waaaaay more units due to the youthness of the muscles. The paradox is that a 28 yo person, natural results and 95% of mobility may need 3-4 units, so _Big Fat Botox?_ 😅 while a 50 yo person who already has deep wrinkles may need only one unit and could end noticeably paralyzed-scared but, since it was just one unit, should be called _Baby Botox_ ? 🤯

    Oh my goodness😢 I went to a reputable skin clinic and tried it the middle of May. It's August and 2nd round of antibiotics. It's been coming out of my eyelashes, blisters all over my face and coming out of my eyebrows and the front hair folic. Hardened juviderm knots all over my face. 1st time I ever tried it. One thousand dollars, and Im still sitting here with a ruined face. 😢💔 1st time in my life, I've ever tried anything. Never again!!!😢 I have scars now. Im seeing a dermatologist for the first time in my life.🥺 I just turned 62.

      @kimmiec.peridore886 Wow was this just from the baby Botox? I got Botox once and ended up having a horrific infection started off with a bump thought it was a pimple and when it popped I started bleeding profusely from my forehead and it would not stop bleeding I couldn’t even go to bed bc it kept bleeding down my face took a whole box of Kleenex with me to bed to hold tissues up all night and my whole eye was swollen shut and half of my face was deformed and blown up swollen. I have been scared ever since to get Botox again but this was years ago and now I’m getting wrinkles and would like to maybe try this baby Botox but I’m scared after what happened to me with regular Botox and now hearing what happened to you with only baby Botox

      @lghop82 Yes!!!!🥺😔🤦‍♀️I had it done in May, and here it is October, and I'm sitting here with my whole left eye swelled shut for the 3rd time. A pimple turned into a hard mass cyst again over the top of my eyebrow. It's as big as a golf ball and now bleeding. I never had a zit in my life! Period. Until botox. 🥺💔 My face has been broken out ever since. I've been to dermatologist 3 times now. Gone through 2 strong antibiotics and a tube of hydrocortisone cream they give me. I'm fixing to go back. My eye is swelled shut. I can't even drive. This is the 3rd time left eye has done this, and my right eye has done it twice. It takes weeks for the hard knot to even go down. 😔🥺 I don't think my face will ever be the same. I have scars and even more wrinkles. 💔 I will never do this again! I'm just going to grow old with wrinkles. I don't know what happened!! I'm very angry about it for sure! I sure wish you luck if you do it again. Let me know if you have any problems. Thanks😊

    I provide Baby Botox as a service. I was trained that it meant to microneedle 5 units with a nano needle cartilage over the entire face. I microneedle it in at a depth of .3mm.. It works great at smoothing fine lines and tightening pores. It doesn't have an effect on wrinkles.

    Honestly when I was 12 I came to the realization that my generation would not be ok after growing up with social media, and nine years later I was, sadly, correct. There are 14 year old kids on tiktok talking about drinking 6 cups of matcha daily and getting botox as soon as they become of age, it's insane. The goal is not to look young anymore, it's to look like a baby. I wonder what will be of us when we reach 30 or 40, I guess the market for cosmetic surgery will grow exponentially

      You shouldn't be using botox so early for small lines

      And when you actually "need" it it's gonna be really hard
