Until you just explained the situation with the Seymour panther, I thought I was going crazy. I thought I missed out on something on something with the panther and it was now unavailable. Glad to know that this line of England is the actual 1st in the BU series
I ordered and paid for two of these coins by mistake, when i only wanted one, im now happy that i have two of the 10oz, because they are stunning..

Even the Bullion version has a proof like effect. I already bought the ten 2oz Bullion versions in a sealed mint tube, of this 1st in the Tudors series. This 10oz coin is next on my list. Absolutely gorgeous!!

Agree, the BU are nicer looking and a fraction of the price ! They are so nice you can use the 10 ounce BU as a mirror.
BYB have you ever seen coins set in blocks of plastic resin? It's a very interesting way of presentation/preservation and recently I saw a whole set suspended in a block that looked stunning. Requires dissolving in a chemical to recover the coins of course, but with the right one the coins will not be harmed.
I have 3-4 of these 10oz'ers. The Royal Arms ones as well. I was late to the game on the QB series, so I am all in on the TB and RA series! 🙂
The 10oz crtainly shows up he detail that the 2oz version doesn't. A stunning coin and the one I got a few weeks ago really does look like Proof Quality. The Royal Mint don't get it right as much as they should, but when they do they smash it. Can't wait for the next one in the series and hope we are still all here to complete the set of 10, (or will it be 11 again???) before we all go up in a blue flash!!!

Silver is down, but not the price of silver coins, so I am sitting this out. Fortunately, I did get 2 of each of the 10oz coins and 3 of each of the 2oz coins and one 1oz gold completer, (which, by the way, took a while to find in flawless condition).
Have you switched to buying gold and or platinum? I'm focusing more on gold lately, but still grabbing silver. The premiums are high, but silver is still a good deal when you look at it's history. If it was adjusted for inflation. Going by previous highs, it would be over $130 right now. In my opinion it won't be to long until we see numbers like that.
If u get the chance get the 1kg completer coin ,it's a absolutely monster coin , around maybe 1000 dollers ,
@@americanpatriot6918 I am concentrating more on gold now. Using the 100 year inflation adjusted silver graph, the current value of silver is higher than the average of the last 100 years. Those two peaks, (1980 and 2011), were outliers from normal trading. Gold is still too high for me at the moment as well, but at least the premiums are more reasonable. I was buying heavily up to Covid and hope to buy again when and if things settle down. If not, I will just enjoy the increase in value of what I already have.
@@shauncorless8965 Bit too high a price. I also missed the 10oz completer for the same reason. I would have loved to have 2 of them as well, but reason prevailed. I did get 3 of the 2 ouncers.

I didn't get the Panther because the price was so high. But I did pick up the 10oz Tudor Lion. Love ❤ it!!!
There is a security feature. If you look above the middle wave on the tail there is a signature which is difficult to detect.

I picked up x4 of Pt Tudor Lions the end of April when Pt down for $1030 US each. My first Pt coins all other are bars but looking to mix it up at a ok price. Very impressive coin and all came to me in excellent condition. Maybe look for a couple Au if spot comes down. ChrisCArd 🇺🇸

I just got an email for the 10oz 2023 Yale of Beaufort with the Queens image on it. Not sure how many 2023 coins they will produce with her bust, so I figure I should pick one up.

Great video B/B. I also have the identical 10oz 2022 Tudor Lion, love it. However, I also have a very small mark just inside the reverse view and above the letter "D" right on the edge, below the ridge line. You must look for it to see it. I was thinking of returning it to "JM Bullion" however, on second thought perhaps they would send me a new coin with "Milk Spots" No thank you, I decided to keep this one. If the Queen passes before the Tudor series ends I hope they keep the Queen's picture on the coin. Princess Diana picture would be spectacular, however, that would not be politically correct. Could start a war.

Tell me anywhere where you can get silver at spot price, let alone new 10 oz beautiful coins. Nowhere. Second hand markets, these coins easily sell for that same purchase price, you just have to work for it and understand that a dealer is not where you should sell them to.

I am a little confused. I got the 1oz Platinum Tudor Lion of England, and love the design. I'm not a collector, but I ended up ordering the 1oz Gold, 2oz Silver, and just now the10oz Silver coin. My confusion is about the difference between "The Queen's Beasts" and the "Tudor."
I'm not asking about the design, more history related differences...

I do believe the Queens Beast Lion of England is better (amazing series)...with that said this Lion is also striking and will turn out to be a fantastic series as well. I’m American and wish the U.S. mint would up their bullion game like the Royal mint has. The Royal mint knocked it out of the park with the Queens Beast and Royal Tudor Beast series.

Why is the english lion so ugly, in opposite to the Queen's Beasts english lion?
In the end of october of 2022 is expected the Tudor Beasts of 2023. It is the yale of beaufort. The yale is not as ugly as the lion of england, but it is not as worked out as the yale of beaufort from the Queen's Beasts.

The sleeping directors at the Royal Mint should be fired! There is no excuse why the release of the proof version is not in sync with the bullion version. FIRE them an hire collector background directors. 💰
