Awesome, great food!!! Thanks guys
Siempre Con TODO !!
Siempre con todo my Friends 👍
Yucatecan “Pudding” Tamales with Achiote and Chicken. Tamales Colados. And this tamal - unique to the Yucatán peninsula - features masa that has been strained then cooked to become a thick pudding before finally being steamed like most other tamales. Greg makes eating look so cool! It always makes me hungry for what he is eating.
I am mouth watering with those dishes. Cochinita pibil, is also my favorite typical dish on Yucatan! You must th also the queso relleno!
thank you very much for visiting Merida Yucatan🤗❤️
always when you come you are welcome 🤗
Great episode! Super awesome to hear that you think the food out here is so amazing and unique to the rest of Mexico. Glad you guys loved everything except that tamal! ;)
In Yucatan, in the day of the deads, the food is magical, the PIB 😍😍😍 ♥ ️
Kinetic Kennons, this video was great, I enjoyed all the food you ate for me jaja. one more video in Yucatan in a good restaurant, please. Hello from CD Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, México.
Hi gringos, I like to see you traveling and getting to know Mexico. "Goyo" is already getting into the Mexican culture, seeing them make their tacos with their tortilla, they are learning that the taco is not a stew, but a system to eat the delicious food that is prepared throughout the country.
When you have time, say hello, do not be bad.
Greetings and good trip to wherever they go.
Thanks for coming with us!
LMAO 😂😂 ..."always Con Todo ..." 😂😂😂 You guys are becoming mexican cuisine experts 😄😄😄.
Siempre Con Todo Amigos 😁
SIEMPRE,SIEMPRE,SIEMPRE CON TODO. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Siempre con todo is the only way to do it!!
SON GRANDIOSOS ME ENCANTAN SUS VIDEOS
Also, Merida, has a lot of Art and artists living there. It's a city with a lot of culture. Many, many expats live there. It also has beautiful beaches, nearby.
I miss so much my hometown, haven't been there for a few years.
I love it video, was really awesome is almost 1/2 night here and seeing you guys eating I got hungry, it made think how lucky you are about fresh hand made food; also I saw Hillary with funny faces and bullying Gregory, with the “tamale” and not are “tamales”, also when Gregory said “very grande, huge” she said to be or not to be say grande, and when you added salsa to your taco and was very hot your face and Hillary laughed. What I can say was the best video from Yucatán. Take care. 🙏🏼👍🏼🇲🇽🇺🇸
hahaha thanks amigo!
Amo ver sus videos. Saludos ♥️♥️
I cant do spicy at all..I know I'm in trouble when I go there !!!
yucatecan foodis not spicy by itself, you can always avoid adding salsa to the dish.
Linda that's a shame 😌😔
Im yucatecan and i also deal with spicy food🥵😭
I love this channel and I love Mexico. I watched this video. Intrigued I had to see if there was any examples nearby. I am currently in Metepec Edo Mex. I manged to find Cochinitas pibil and marquesitas in a 5 minute walk from my place! They were both delicious. Life is awesome sometimes!
Esto es bulling cibernético alimenticio!!! 😩 Quiero de todo! 😭
Buen apetito amigos.
I love cochinita. You are right about it. One of the best dishes in mexico. I feel like its underrated.
You guys are always making hungry 😋 🌮 great 👍🏻 video
Yikes...I love street food in MX. Soul, passion and flavor. So want to visit that side of Yucatan. Merida and Campeche. Thank you for these recent vids.
Andddddd action 👍
Im packing my own real silverware!
Mexico is many Mexicos!
COCHINITA PIBIL RULES!!!
I think you should also try Yucatán food in a good restaurant. There are more sophisticated delicious dishes that don't involve fried food. You deserve to try other things than what we call in Mexico " fritanga"
The restaurants are more fusion for tourists and the food outside and little hole in the walls are more traditional...... I'm from there and tried a restaurant of foo foo class and it was more fusion but if you really want to try a good restaurant then try Chef David Cetina Restaurant.... can't remember what it was called but he is on youtube as well ...😀

Not all Mexicans eat streetfood all the time. Only eventually and I know many that never eat streetfood. There are many local.good restaurants with excellent and delicious non- tourist food.
destination suspense kills me🤣🤣yummy food safe travels
I am from Yucatan. But being living in USA Oregon. For 33 years. But I remember when I was little my ants cooking the relleno negro. They literally burn the peppers. In a. Huge pan. They make fire on top of the. Pan to burn the peppers. That makes the paste black.
Almost 100k 😉👍❤
omg i am addicte of you guys same than lonrot! love your videos so f...k talent! save me a piece of queso de bola i love with a sandwich of mayo and jalapeños raw!
Go to IZAMAL before leaving Yucatán! Beautiful Pueblo mágico!
Goyo, you sounded like Anthony Bourdain when describing how cochinita is made!
I was thinking the same thing ... Tony Bourdain would be proud : ))
That tamal is named Kolado (not colado) from the mayan word K'OL wichs is a kind of sauce we use for diferent dishes in Yucatán for example the Queso Relleno, and it's used instead the corn "masa" to make the tamal. That's the reason the tamal is soft and creamy.
Saludos
You guys making me so hungry, and there is nothing like it here in Orlando 😟

That red onion on top of the Yucatan garnachas and tacos really works!!! 👌😋 GARNACHAS = everything fried from the Comal (salbutes, tostadas, panuchos, gorditas and a loooong etc)

On 12:13 I had to go over a few times to hear Hillary... "is delicious". I agree with you completely!
Food is culture! As you said and you saw, Yucatán is another country itsel... Foodd... but have you seen people? It s amaizing weros!
Wow amigos gringos, you really know how to enjoy the life... every food that you show, make me feel so hungry hehehe; but it's so splendid the way you show us the wonders of Mexico... thanks for share it!
By the way, on the spicy range from1 to 10, I prefere 7. Greetings mis amigos Greg & Hill.
Noooooo! Salsa habanera is the most spicy 🌶 of salsas!! 😱🔥
I like you t shirt, me gusta tu playera México ¡yess!
How often do they have this event. Once a week, month, year ?? Love your videos.
Another great video, thanks
Like a street fair. Oh wow, would I have a good time! The marquesita looks like a Belgian type food. The black paste looked like a black beam paste, or mole, of course, but you said it wasn't mole. Anyway, I sure would enjoy trying all of them. I love soups too.
the marquesita does seem like something you may see in Belgium!
My personal food fave in MX is the torta Cubana. I know, I know. But me gusta mucha.
Panuchos yummy 😋
No to spicy but terrific tour. Thanks!
Delicious
No wey que rico tamales mmmmm
Hold on tripitas here comes Hilary, lol. Boxed or unboxed?? Woah what a connoisseur 🤣🤣🤣 too funny.
You need to go to Wayan'e. There are a few around Merida!
Nooooo! I was there just THIS week! It would have been awesome to meet you, but well, it’ll be another time...
awww sorry we missed each other!
I prefer the banana leaf tamales over the corn leaf tamales, the dough is much softer and juicier.
Ymmm....the Cochinita pibil tacos that Goyo ate, the Sopa de Lima full of so many varied veggies and full of turkey meat, I was thinking the Caldo de Pavo would be good, thinking it would be AWESOME, in the Caldo de Pollo here, they ask you what you want, a thigh or a leg, can you imagine the size of a turkey thigh or turkey leg?!! Why is it other places don't frequent turkey?!! And the Marquesita, looked really good, coupla years ago here in Querétaro, there was a Yucateco with a cart, the same press that this vendor had and yeah they are so good! Now where will Güera and Goyo be, maybe another Mayan Ruin site, the Meteorite crater, the suspense, ARGH!!!! :D
Empanadas yucatecas and argentinas are the best.
You said your Tamal consistency is like a Flan? I dare you to try and eat a flan with a fork by picking at it to see if you could eat it. :) OMG that sopa looked delisiosa, I'm gonna try to make the sopa de lima at home. Thanks for showing it to me.
Que Rico todo amigos gracias 😀
Sienpre sienpre contodoo👍👍👍
