you forgot to put coppergrease between the cilinder and breakpad to prevent the pads from screeching.
Interesting video. I have taken apart old calipers where the fluid had crystallised. Sitting it in brake cleaner didn't shift it even so good idea to change out your hoses

Thanks Robot. I am working on putting an Et4 150 (2003) back on the road. Just purchased off a lady, done 19,000kms. First step was to replace front brake system. I purchased master cylinder, hose and banjo bolts from you (new calliper and pads I sourced here in Australia). Everything went well thanks to your video. The brakes are working but there is alot of play in the brake handle before the brake pads engage compared to my Piaggio fly150ie. Am I able to adjust the brake handle?

Thanks Robot for the lessons on brake line & master cylinder replacement. Question I put new crush washers on the caliper when flushing brake lines but the brake lines leak on caliper. A mechanic told me to tighten the bolts tighter. But I’ve tightened them tight already. But I’m going try to tighten the bolt even more to try to get the brake fluid from a very slow leak at caliper. Any suggestions on how to stop slow brake fluid leak at caliper with new crush washers is all I know to do but still leaks. Thank you for excellent video. 🙏🍀✌️
@sig23 yes I used the old banjo bolt. Never thought about what your saying. I’ll change banjo bolt & see if that fixes my slow leaking. Thank you 🙏🍀✌️
