This Place in History: Overview of Mount Independence

Mount Independence was a pivotal fortification for the Americans during the Revolutionary War. The site occupied a strategic location on Lake Champlain, and was at one point one of the most populated places in the North American colonies.

No mention of the star forts and wall surrounding the entire area? Not even on google maps? I don’t think anyone’s privy to them you can see them on older maps but for some reason not a part of the centers scenic paths. They’re just forgotten?
