REEF TO RAINFOREST and the TOP OF THE WHITSUNDAYS, Episode 58

REEF TO RAINFOREST - What a spectacular sight from above! We did a 45 minute helicopter tour starting from Cairns out to the Barrier Reef and back up over the incredible rainforest and Barron Gorge.. The reef in particular was absolutely jaw dropping magnificent!! It was so good. We do a bit of sightseeing around Port Douglas and spend an afternoon at the Cairns Aquarium which is a pretty special place. This brings our time up in Far North Queensland to an end as we head to Bowen where we check out Horseshoe Bay and some of the sights in the area before moving onto Airlie Beach where we encounter rain........lots of it!!!.

Great footage as always. Bowen the only caravan park you can park your van " vertical or horizontal ". The helicopter ride would definitely of been a highlight and a must do. We are doing a Seaplane trip tomorrow from Hobart for a 40 min tour so hopefully another clear day. Weather here is fantastic, sorry. Lovin Tassie so thanks againfor the tips Stay safe

Seaplane was incredible perfect weather some great photos of the rugged coast. Flew over Mt Wellington.
