This was absolutely hilarious. I ride regents park regularly - alot of people with all the gear and no idea! The best time to go is between 5:30am-7:00am when it's closed to traffic - get to see some beautiful sunrises and good training sessions.
Fantastic satire as usual and as a 7 decade roadie and racer I have to say you tell it so well My father would enjoy your videos as much as I do I'm sure . Thanks
Hi Federico I love the dry satirical nature of your video made me laugh and so good to see that you don’t take yourself out seriously, I’ve done a fair few laps around there . Keep up the good work 👍
Ride here all the time its pretty close to home lol, I feel bad when i take my gravel bike and people look at me lol. Good bits of trivia I never knew! You can also sometimes sea Giraffes on the ride too!
Being here in Canada, I would not usually be interested in a video like this. But because it was you, I watched it. Love your dry humour and slightly sarcastic delivery. Keep up the good work! Looks like a great route btw.
Salve Federico. Saluti dal Canada. Well done on this video. I’ve never been to that park but looks amazing to ride on. The pavement looks to be in good shape too. Hai fatto un ottimo lavoro nel video. Lots of fun to watch.
I come back to this video each year for a laugh . At the the time I didnt get it but now as I am dressed head to toe in Pas Normal with an ftp of 43 on my sl8 I understand
Whoa, you caught me off guard when you said that you had to justify yourself to security. I was like, is this true? Thank you for the chuckle, hope your holiday season is fantastic.
Regents is a nice loop, very little traffic. Next time I'm in London I will definitely be careful of that turn! I like Hyde Park, even though a lot of it can be congested, it's ok for casual riding. Though the best riding in London I found was over at Richmond Park.
the sound of all those speeding cars would drive me crazy. so, on weekdays , you commute in traffic...... and then on week-ends, you still ride in the traffic. if you saw where i rode in the hot August days, when the temp, was over 30 celcius , you would wonder if i was completamente impazzitto.. every hot night, at 11pm, i go out for a 24 km ride with my either my wife or son , along the water front , perfectly lit , smooth road, for 1.5 hrs. to 2 hrs....... sometimes, there are no cars for 5kms. soooooo quiet, all you hear are your gears and crickets!
Just love the way he says its the motorists at fault on gandalfs corner - when 5 cyclosts come past on non road legal cycles- he might be able to cycle like that in italy - but he should observe uk road laws when in the uk!!
Thank you! I can change at work, so I ride and dress up in a similar way as for a ride, with more traffic around. Others use bikes and kit more specifically suited to the commute, hybrid bikes and heavy duty clothing (not necessarily lycra).

Well I guess I'm not going to that park, hairy legs, slow, and cheap kit. By the way I saw you pass two cyclists, they must of had hairy legs. Great video.
@@fede1275 Sir in the future O hope you can come here in Japan, cycling here is like heaven, and you won't be stopped having hairy legs! just wear your Rapha,Castelli,Maap alike gear! Damn elitist! haha!

Great video. I did this today. Felt like a total amateur amongst all the pro’s / club members whizzing past me 😂
You should have pulled your 100 miles face then 😄
Love that part of town for cycling. Felt kind of out of place on my fixie!
Whoa, you caught me off guard when you said that you had to justify yourself to security. I was like, is this true? Thank you for the chuckle, hope your holiday season is fantastic.
I know, cycling fashion police is over zealous 😂😂

Super funny video Federico, loved it 😂
I liked the touch of humour ) BTW, do u mind sharing what model of dhb bibs are these? Thanks!
Thanks Diss! These are dhb classic thermal bib shorts, I also have the Aeron bibs, both quite good, especially for the price.

Hi from Australia, really enjoy your clips, out of interest what do you do for your work? I don’t follow many cycling rules I do wear Rapha though 🤭😊

What helmet are you wearing here? It’s good.
It's my favourite, MET Trenta
Do you have an extra small head? or does it fit that aerodynamically
The outside of my head is medium, so are my helmets. Definitely the inside content of my head is up for debate though...

4 or 5 rounds at full speed...full gas you mean🤣
Potato, potato...😂
I hope you wore the correct length socks…
Yes, they would not let me in at all otherwise...

Do they stop the hairy armpit guys too?, am gonna be guilty then.
