      Couldn't agree more.
It''s sadly lacking in modern society, and it's always sometime else's responsibility or fault.

I just can't get my head around why anyone would dislike this. This is the kindest and the best gesture I have seen on the whole of youtube.
    Keep it up

Sometimes dislikes are just the result of a "fat finger" error. I'm pretty sure this is the case here as well.

i dont understand it either but thats youtube...show a video of a medal of honor recipient saving a toddler from a fire and it'll get some dislikes....you just ignore that part and enjoy seeing wonderful videos like this one.

What a lucky boy to have such a loving father! Shame on anyone who misunderstands your confidence. You know you are good at what you do. You OWN that confidence and who cares what anyone says. It's their loss for not knowing you. They are jealous anyway.

Because I live in Poland. Im making 1.4 euro peer hour. im 25 y ears old beginner carpenter in Gdansk. I must live for that, pay bills and food. Try that... and zero help from government Im working my ass off on that shitty furniture shop, where my boss is totally dick. I have contract without any insuracne or healthcare so if something happens when im working on saws, i will not recieve any money from insurance. FUCKING GOOD DEAL I TELL YA :) ANd the best part is this was the only carpentry shop in Gdansk where they hire people for learn. Every other shops just hire regular carpenters/jointers for regular work ,without learning them or anything like that. So yeah... next time somebody will say something nice about Poland, mind that 70 % of people there work for special-agreement contracts withouth healthcare or insurance nor retierement . 50 % of them are working under 2 euro per hour. Imagine that :) Fuck Poland and all Poles who are responsible for that fucking country ( mostly people from 60s and 70s who fuckd up this country economy by living on government costs ,having free houses and steady jobs, sponsored by the commies. )

I love you, brother. Being a good Christian father is hard, I've got kids, but being a father to a son with special needs is even harder. My older brother is mentally handicapped, so I know the struggles first hand. The first time you mentioned your faith on here...that's when you earned my sub. I wish I had a million more accounts to sub after watching this video.
I built a crib for my first daughter and, since then, 3 more bio kids and 6 foster kids have ended up using it. Its a corner crib. It kinda looks like the superman symbol from above and the entire thing is metal-free (except the hinges). The front of the crib (the top leg of the pentagon when viewed as a superman symbol) is the door to open it up. Made entirely out of 1/4in yellow pine plywood and 2 gallons of glue.
Everyone always tells me I should crank up my own UA-cam channel, so as soon as I get my CNC shop setup, I'll start posting some videos. You are an inspiration. Also, I found your channel through your man crush ;) I've been watching that guy since before he had 5 digit subs.

Dear friend, you are an artist and excellent channel, and as the carpenter Joseph received the miracle Jesus, you received the miracle ASHER. I'm sure he is loving her new bed. Hug from your Brazilian fan.

Both, and more. Well designed woodworking takes several factors into consideration. Design that allows for even distribution of stress through the structure, as well as design that takes into consideration how wood changes due to temperature and humidity through it's life. So far as I know, none of us live in an environment where there is no change to temperature and humidity. Where I live air humidity can range from 100% for months at a time in the summer to less than 10% in the winter. Along the Pacific NorthWest, the humidity characteristics are somewhat different with high humidity in the winter and low humidity in the summer. Different woods handle changes in humidity differently, some picking up significant weight when humidity goes up, and lose weight again when humidity goes down, in the process swelling and shrinking, others are more stable. Wood finishes do exist that seal out changes in humidity, but most of them exist more to improve the appearance of the product.
Things from a structural perspective that also affect how well woodworking ages includes fit of joints, and how they are secured. From a maintenance perspective, wood that is regularly waxed and polished, dusted, etc, will last longer than wood that is left to weather.
There are several historic ships in the US that are made primarily of wood that are over 240 years old now, and are only not in active service because their value as historic fixtures is greater than their value as functioning craft. I do not know if this is true elsewhere in the world, but would not at all be surprised at wooden craft in the Pacific and Atlantic that are well over 300 or 500 years old and still in service for fishing or moving people from place to place, where that makes more sense than attempting to put in roads.
Furniture at the Vatican made of wood in the 5th and 6th century is still in use. Stradivarius violins are world renown for their sound quality and have set the standard for quality violins for over 250 years.
