@@ranjeetamathew808 you should have the consistency to be able to make a figure 8 with the batter, that's when you should stop. best to just stir then cut through the mixture, then flatten around the bowl and stir (to help incorporate) but you should stop when its runny and able to make the figure 8
Probably not the only one... but I find it so satisfying when you spread the batter on the sides of the bowl and then scrap it all away and do it again 😏

If I may ask.... Why do you mix down the macaron batter so much? Would'nt that pop a lot of the bubbles and not make the macaron rise as much? Sorry I'm not professional, just wanted to know, love you Cooking Tree!!
I don't really understand step 4: bake for 5 minutes on 160 degrees and for 10 minutes on 130 degrees. Do you just lower de heat after 5 minutes or do you take them out? When i lower the heat of my oven it will not directly drop to 130 degrees, so how does this step work?

@@saadasrari7275 yeah.. they didn't come out well for me, the batter was too thick so I struggled to macronage. They didn't bake through the middle. Maybe I'm at fault.
Mxayadi they didn’t turned out perfectly, there was some cracks in the top of the macrons.. but they are delicious, I’m gonna make them again and see what is the thing that i did wrong 😅😬
