Usually up to 7 days if they're kept in an airtight container. The macaron shells can be frozen (unfilled) for about 3 months, just defrost them for about 30 minutes first before filling.
Is there anywhere that you post translated directions and converted measurements? Because I tried to make one of your recipes before and converted the measurements myself but it still didn't come out at the right consistency
idk if you live in the US so this might not be helpful, but pretty much everywhere except for the States they measure ingredients by weight rather than volume (so basically grams vs. cups) for accuracy. you didnt state what you're converting, but if it's grams to cups or something of the like you'll probably get it incorrect. it's like trying to convert inches to minutes
Can Apple jam spread on a piece of parchment, cover with the second sheet and spread evenly between the sheets, freeze and then cut the ring circles, it is very convenient and saves time)

When they stop the mixer and put in the powdered sugar the volume becomes a little fuzzy in comparison indicating that they adjusted the audio in post production rather than having a quiet mixer. It always helps when you taste too! (Even in baking if certain batters don't have to many egg I'll taste them too!)

It's actually recommended to leave them in the fridge for a day or 2 to soften before eating!

It's most likely just reduced volume. When they go in to edit the video, they just lower the volume of the mixer to make it quieter.
