Fantastic product for a quick & easy spruce up. Done two overspray removal contracts this year, uno protect has been great for polishing out clay marring and bringing out the gloss. Nice darkening effect and so easy to buff off!

This past spring I made the plunge and purchased a 15 LHR Mark III from Carzilla here in Canada. I also made the full switch to the matched system. Polish and pads, although I do still have some 101 Foam Cut from meguairs on hand. It is a great system, and for an enthusiast like me, it keeps it simple with great results. The only difference is the Uno Polish is labelled as Ultra Finishing Polish. Not sure if there is a difference. Anyway, great video and I learned some new stuff. Always a great day when you learn something new.

Excellent video, Jon! I don't have a product-specific question, but I do have a general polishing question. Can you use a 15mm DA polisher to do an entire vehicle, or do you also need something like a 12 mm or smaller to do the trim work and tight spots? I'd love to be able to just buy one polisher if possible - was just curious what your input would be. Thanks!

Great Video, have some UNO Protect that I’m yet to use. Have my parents 3 year old Seat Arona to do. Paint is in good condition but needs claying first. The car has Black Plastic Trim around the arches and lower halves. Last year I masked it all off. But saw a video from The Rag Company “Levi’s 20 min ultimate one step” that states UProtect doesn’t stain trim like traditional polishes do if wiped off. Don’t suppose you have any experience or testing of this yet? Would make life much easier if I don’t need to worry as much about touching trim with polisher here and there.

The acid in a water spot remover should shrink the solid deposits stuck to the car. Pressure wash off. The if car looks good then contact wash. Clay and machine polish. It's hard to give exact instructions without eyeballing it but this gives you and idea.

I used 2 yellow rupes to do this car. the pads do get like waxy after about an hour of polishing so I stick one in the bucket of water and use the other. and then switch to the other one after flush out and dry in a clean towel sandwich.

@@ForensicDetailing thank for the reply John appreciate it. Was it the yellow wool polishing pads from in2detailing. As I cannot find the yellow medium foam pads. Do you have a link to them please.

The moment Jon goes from mentioning the paint correction to the protection and "the gloss" the sun comes out and shines on him....just how does he do it!? 🙌🏽

It’s a great product, and as for that MK3 it’s the best DA on the market by miles, if you want to add some durability to the protection C2v3 is a good option

Not seeing the benefit of changing over from BH cleaner polish. I think Rupes is overcharged on everything and yes I do use a Big foot 3 and nano but I find better polishes out there that can do the same or better for less money. Still a BH fan
