    I don't care if the LS has been done to death, that the car was pristine to begin with, or that it is very much a giant advertising pitch. I watch things like this to get IDEAS. Maybe I like what they are doing, maybe I don't. But you never know when you will see something that lights that dim bulb at the back of the mind, and you say "Heyyyyy, that give me an idea". Inspiration comes from many places. Even if it doesn't give you anything but the kick in the arse to get out and work on yours, your way, these guys have done their job!

    These videos just makes me want to move in U.S.A and buy old muscle in first few days and start building it to track / street car. I just love the sound of v8's ..

    is there no in between anymore? Beat to crap or LS Pro turding. Good show but can we please get a build with some good old old school tech. there's still more sbc 350s in all of our garages. build a solid roller street motor with a craiglist double pumper amd show us how easy amd fun it is for a normal guy to make a street pounder with what's in our garage.

      kenneth howard Seriously, join the 21st century Buck Rogers. An LS isn't anymore expensive to do than a SB...You can get an 4.8/5.3 at the junkyard for roughly $500 maybe cheaper on Craigslist. Considering what you'd have to put into a SB just to make the equivalent power of a stock LS would cost more than the $500 you could get one for 😂😂😂. I know a kid that sounds just like you that's extremely stubborn and thinks that SB's are still the greatest thing out there for the money. He has to be the cheapest prick I've ever met in my life and he thinks he's saving money by sticking with Gen 2 SB's but if you total up everything he spends on them to just barely make what an LS puts out stock it's not cheaper by any means.

    In this episode of Week to Wicked, we purchase this 1972 Camaro stalled project car.....with flawless paint and chrome, immaculate underbody and all the pieces to put it back on the road. Right. hahah.
    Oh wait, the gauges don't work and the steering is a bit sloppy? Oh no! Let's tear it apart and throw thousands of magical dollars at it. Good thing all your viewers have the same sponsors as you so they can mimic all the same upgrades and still afford a beer afterwards.

    I love second Gen Camaros. nothing looks as hot as a second gen Camaro with a Rally Sport front nose. I also like the look of the solid front bumper on the standard nose. what I really hate it the half ass look of RS bumpers on a standard nose. if you went to the work getting a new hood and painting it to match, you should have done the nose right too. This was just half assing it in my book. same goes with the LS swap. I get it, LS motor make tons of power. but it would have been cooler to use an all aluminum gen I small block or an aluminum big block instead. you can put that Holley fuel injection on anything. it would have made a better statement to put it on an old school SBC or BBC. Personally I think the magazines and TV shows have done the LS swap thing to death. now am am like "oh.. look its another LS. this time in a Pacer or a Civic!" and "I know lets put an LS motor in a Ford Maverick or Granada that will make them cool right? what about a ratrod... we could paint the LS to make it look rusted... that would be cool right? " can we please move past putting a LS in everything?

      BTW you should hire moderator to come thru and remove all of the TROLL comments. They don't have any respect for what is being done, and when nobody is around to filter the stupid comments, they won't stop. Not sure why people feel the need to get nasty. If you don't like it, give it a thumbs down and don't watch it.

    ls engine WITH shot of nitrous, and the best they can manage is a 12:97? The "RACE" version a 12:76? Sorry, but I would expect them to be faster than that. NOT HATING, and I know they are not purpose built drag cars, but they could get outrun by a KIA. Just a little confused.

      Afonso Motors. same could be said for any car show that builds a car and explains where they got the parts. though its kinda stupid thats your complaint, when watching this stuff i love to hear what there using and where they got it. that kinda info is good to have plus you don't get 50 comments asking the same question, where do i get so and so part?

  • @jeanfranco9354

    Dude really??? I wonder what's going to happen it's a clean ass car you can eat off of already then all these big name company parts everything fresh in its packaging for that car I wonder how it going to perform with thousands and thousands of dollars in just that car😒 it was a stroke fest

  • @crankysports
    @crankysports 6 років тому

    Afonso is right - you guys have way too much advertising and much less actual wrenching. All stuff bolts together easy when you drop 60K on a car
