    I own this car.
Travelled from Manchester to Highland s Scotland then required a charge stop for which i was ready anyway. 30 mins fully charged and good to go.
How's much further would one require with a break....!.
Fabulous car to drive and in my copper colour. Received lots of welcome nods from strangers.

I personally drive 3-4 hours without a brake but I am slightly crazy for that.

Did you charge in 30 minutes only? I live in Miami, and I've been having issue finding Level 2 charges. The car has been connected to an L2 for 3 hours and the average is 8% per hour, super slow. Where have you charged it?

I have yet to do a long drive on my Rz450e. Just got it today. Does the navigation prompt you to stop by a charging station if there is not enough charge to get you to your final destination similar to Tesla?

No one paints cars like Lexus do. Their paints are both totally stunning and perfectly flawless. And their interiors are supremely made.
They're not really sporty to drive, but on a long journey, you'll get out at the end feeling more refreshed than when you started the trip.

Thank you for doing this video. I own this car and have never taken it for a road trip. I drive all over town and only charge on my level 2 charger at home about once a week. For the next three years I'll be using a free loaner car on the Lexus Reserve program or using my wife's gas car for long trips. It is a fantastic/fun car to drive for almost everything I do. Once solid state batteries get here, it will change everything. For now, I'm not a big fan of taking ANY electric car on a long road trip.

We have this car and a Tesla Long Range. We've had the Tesla for 6 years now and it is our roadtrip car. We haven't fast charged the Lexus yet. Looking at this data and comparing it to the Tesla, my Tesla does 10-80% in 18-20 minutes pretty regularly. I feel like fast charging this lexus is probably ok once in a day but road tripping is a no go. Like Robert said, Lexus gives all Lexus 300e/450e owners 30 days of free rental cars. In the event the Tesla isn't available, we'll be using that before roadtripping the Lexus. On another note, the Lexus doesn't seem like it phantom drains like the Tesla and the number on the screen is based on your current driving habits and settings. I have less anxiety leaving the Lexus at a lowish SOC than I do the Tesla because of that.

You have really good tasted in cars. I'm also a big Tesla fan. In fact it was a Tesla test drive that turned me onto electric cars. The accelaration was so quick that you can't keep from smiling. Tesla also has wonderful battery technology, self driving capability (at least getting there) and and fantastic charging network.

The range seems better than advertised though not great, still not as bad as I thought.

It seems about on par as advertised. It really is let down by the battery pack size i feel, the platform can’t fit anything larger as of now.

I’ve had issues with DC Fast Charging. Have used Electrify America and Charge Point with both having issues connecting to the car. Anyone else having issues?

Shame that the EV range is so low in this thing due to the battery packs, because i really like how this looks tbh. And the interior is also pretty nice with solid interior materials (with the exception of the lack of a glovebox).

Buyer know the range, 98 % charge at home, and do under 80 miles a day. who care have to charge every 2 days instead of every 4 days.
