It amazes me how insensitive some people can be to others. This young mom is trying to share something her family enjoys, while her daughter was napping. She's not telling you to make it, bake it, eat it or like it. It's just information on something she enjoys doing. She's cooking in her kitchen and the sound was fine. Nothing too low or too loud. And she didn't curse at you while sharing so perhaps you could show the same courtesy. The ingredients and bake time and temp are in the drop down under the video. Good grief, some people can be so mean. Try it or don't. Watch it or turn it off. Just lay off this nice woman please. I thought it was informative and sweet. Great job Melissa! Keep it up. Maybe people will follow your lead and be more kind to one another.

Vickie Keeton EXACTLY!! I don't know why people can't just think OK that's not for me but if you like it great!! It's like everyone has to be a rude smart ass about everything now days! I think it's just best to make videos and not allow comments! If you like something make it, if not don't...it's just that simple!

Hi Melissa , this will be the first time I have ever made cloud bread and I’m in my sixty’s , I love the way you teach and how you as a busy mum took time out show others a great recipe for a different kind of bread .
You have a lovely manner and it’s sounds like all your love and kindness is in your baking . Your little girl reminds me of my granddaughters , she is as lovely as are mine and it’s a-joy to include them whether making or indulging in the eating of such a easy recipe with a great taste and they are home made .
My granddaughter Annalise bake her first Victoria sponge today All by herself and was chuff to bits as was I because it’s was her first cake all created by herself and no adult help , next weekend I will let her try this cloud bread on her own because it will build her self worth and encourage her to carry on doing baking by herself and I will enjoy the magic of this recipe that is simple but tasty , stay safe and may happiness and love always be with you and yours 🌏😇🙏🏻💞🌷👊🏻🌈🤝🌏🤝Namaste

    Your recipe looks amazing!
    Tip from an old woman:
Pop cream cheese in micro on low for 10 seconds, if cold.
Also, if you’ll whip your cream cheese alone until fluffy and then beat in egg yolks, it’ll be smooth as silk.

Good video. Very informative. Thanks for making it. If you don't mind it coming out flat so you can use it like a wrap, try it this way. Put ALL of the ingredients in one bowl and blend together with a mixer. Pour onto the parchment paper. Bake. Cut to whatever size you'd like with a pizza cutter. Now you have soft flatbread you can use for wraps, or go Mexican with them and make soft tacos or tortillas. The taste is the same. The nutritional value is the same. They're just not as thick as if you follow this recipe to the letter and I think they're more versatile.

Gary Fletcher firstly: Jesus Christ (peace be upon him ) isn't God nor son of God ( in the sense that Christians understand) rather he's a mighty messenger and a prophet of God, and the messiah Jesus (pbuh) prayed to God ( the creator of all ) and worshipped him like all of other God's prophets and messengers, and in Christianity there's a mediator between man and God which is the church or the priest that you need to confess to , but in Islam there's no mediator; we ask God for forgiveness and pray directly to him .

I finally decided to try this and it turned out great! I'm a big burger fan so I was glad to be able to eat these without guilt. I might have over beat the whites a bit but as long as I can make a sandwich then I'm happy. Thank you for this recipe.

Trinity Merritt The cloud bread looks fantastic, and I’m definitely going to try it, but you don’t have to do without real bread if you’re happy to freeze and have it toasted. It’s been discovered that toasting bread straight from frozen turns a lot of the bad carbs into good ones! 😃

Being gluten intolerant I'm always looking for gf recipes. This is very similar to one I use for pancakes. I whip the egg whites to a hard peak stage. Instead of cream cheese I add melted butter to the yolks along with a small amount of milk and a quarter cup of gf flour. Fold into the whites and fry on the griddle. Look like pancakes but taste like french toast. By far the best gf pancakes I've eaten. I saw the original recipe on the chew and thought it would be easy to convert to gf and it worked well. They called it soufflé pancakes. You do have to tweak the milk and flour to get the right amount of density so the pancakes aren't too thin or thick.

@@chinav5976 More than likely but I use carb quick to be low in carbs. That quarter cup of flour actually results in four large pancakes and they end up tasting like french toast.
