Your teaching has enabled me to finally succeed at Chevron pattern. As my thank you for their service to U.S., I make and donate blankets for patients at Phoenix Veterans hospital because hospital blankets are too thin to keep them warm + mine are attempt to give them sense of home during their stay. I use TC for airier characteristic + accomplished faster.
Thanks for your excellent teaching, especially showing stitches just made so I can see if I'm doing mine correctly !

I'm making a pair of curtains for my kitchen using white yarn and a large hook and this pattern is just what I wanted. They're turning out awesome and work up so quickly. Thank you for the easy to follow video.

@@babygrandma8654 , Hi.. They turned out really nice. I made 2 side panels the length I needed and then made a valance for across the top. The lace makes it look so delicate and lets the light come through but still gives some privacy :)

@@susanmahaney2456 sounds very nice. Right now I have 18 rows finished on the king size bed cover. 1 skein of the yarn I'm using made 15 rows and I only have 3 of them so I'll either need to find more or substitute with a solid color and make it striped. I would like to have it cover the entire bed. It's so pretty made with the yarn I'm using. (Lion Brand Mandala ombré in the color called mantra) Such beautiful shades of blue with a little bit of turquoise. My comforter is a navy blue and this is going to be so pretty laid over that comforter. The navy will show through the openings. Thanks for replying back to me. God bless 🕊️💛🕯️🙏

I am nearly finished with my blanket following your instructions, and what a joy it has been. I've been a distance cyclist, Pilates instructor, and hiker throughout my adulthood - but had a stroke a year and a half ago. Having my body and brain turn on me has been difficult (of course, as for anyone), but working with yarn and a hook helps with my memory and dexterity. And the blanket looks pretty good! Thank you.

Oh..such a pretty stitch, and a beautiful wrap. I was looking for something on the simpler side. It gets quite warm here in Georgia. Sometimes you just need something light weight. @@mimiharden1192 when I said I was googling I actually meant I was searching on UA-cam. My cousin lives in greater Los Angels area and I wanted to make her son a lighter blanket but I love the chevrons because their easy and always come out with a straight edge. My concern was it would be heavy in the heat down there and her son would get too warm. Then like magic, Fiber Spider's video notification popped up and it's exactly what I needed. I just love his videos and can listen to him all day :)

I was thinking the same thing but I'm currently using this pattern for a bedspread in king size and after that I would like to make curtains for my bedroom as well as a curtain to go over the shower curtain liner. I sure hope I don't get burned out with using the same pattern for several items. Of course the colors will be different but the same stitches over and over just might get boring. For the bedspread I'm currently using lion brand mandala ombré in the color mantra. It's a lovely blend of blues and greens. My plan is to lay it over the top of the comforter that is a very dark blue. So far it's looking very nice. If you haven't used this yarn you might want to give it a go. It's so soft and nice to work with. It is 1 of lion brands more expensive yarns at around $8 for 1 cake that's 5.3 oz/150 grams and 344 yards/315 meters. God bless 🕊️💛🕯️🙏
