      Just emailed you mate; I love it. 30 mg Subutex detox at age 59. That is a VERY difficult challenge and you're doing it without caving in and using opioids. Just awesome!

    I love that saying you're going to pay for your health you're going to pay for it now or you're going to pay for it later. That makes so much sense this video has put things in perspective and giving me a little bit of hope when I was feeling really hopeless. The anxiety the fight-or-flight that happens after you fully detox can be such a nightmare. It's really early where I am right now as I leave this comment but I'm going to the health food store as soon as it opens in the little town I live in:)

    Amen brother. I'm 55 on 7.6mg of biodone. Hit the wall due to distress and grief etc and ended up with awful anxiety, adrenal fatigue, anhedonia, irritable. Im learning and listening to my body because the drs haven't helped. Need to listen to our bodies more.
    I'm so spent but I'm.hopeful things will change eventually. What do we have if not hope. 🙏

    • @ElevationRecovery

      That sounds very difficult. I agree on listening closely to the body and having daily awareness of what is going on and why. I wish you all the energy and positive mood in the world, even if it takes a while longer to achieve a healthy state.

      @@ElevationRecovery thank you. Its a journey of ups and downs. Pain and fear is something that I feel keeps me from dropping off this last 7.5mg but I'm addressing these things and am hopeful that I will get there.

    There is so much in this video that I could listen to it 10 times and wouldn’t get it all. What a difference the supplements make for me. I am glad I relistened as I am going to order the tea today when I reorder my Supreme Creation. I love that company (Ron Teegarden). Everything Matt has recommended is super high quality and I always feel it.

    Is DHA similar to DLPA? I’ve watched Chris Scott and yourself. I enjoy both of your recommendations. I’m just so confused as to what to take! I am trying to get off alcohol for good. Heavy wine drinker. When I don’t drink I don’t really have anxiety nor depression. When I drink, boy do I get both! I’ve got to get off of it. I did buy L-glutamate, powder magnesium, B Complex, Women’s vitamin and just added DLPA. My stomach was feeling very bloated tho so I backed off. I just need to figure how the basics to take. I hate taking pills!
    I also need a CBD oil. I saw your comment below about your dad making it. Can you recommend one for me.
    Keep up the good work!! 🌹

    • @opiateaddictionsupport
      @opiateaddictionsupport 3 роки тому +1

      They are very different, and while DLPA has a moderate risk for negative reactions in 2/10 people, DHA rarely causes s these although some people get fish burps from it or algae burps depending on the omega-3 source.
      As for CBD, Chris and I love Dram Apothecary, CBDPure, and I also love Elixinol. Any product you get from these brands should be awesome.
