Another traveler from the stone circle here. Now this is what I'm talking about, this is some mad scientist stuff. Also do you make your own music for your vids?? I saw a possible reference to that in another comment.
Thank you! That‘s so cool, the stone circle has been my number one favorite fitness UA-cam channel for quite some time now, and Cody is such a great guy. And yes, the soundtracks are all my own compositions.
@@creativetraininghacks stone circle is one of my favs as well and yes he’s a great guy. Makes great stuff and has been a supporter of my extremely tiny channel as well. I think it’s cool you compose your own music. It stood out to me right away. I really like the sound. Im making a new video and I was toying with the idea of making my own backing track for it. You’ve inspired me to go for it!
Thank you! I'm so glad I finally found an application for that furniture transport bord. Originally, it had been a bad purchase. I thought I could use it for transporting weight plates from A to B, but it turned out it left shallow but noticable grooves in the pinewood planks.
Very cool. Do you find friction robs you of some of the tension on the negative? I can see the wheels obviously, but from my experience even cables / pulleys seem to do it to a degree.
Thanks! Yes, this exercise is still concentric dominant, which may be suboptimal for hypertrophy but can also be an advantage, when it comes to rehabilitation and active recovery. It could serve as a bridge, for example, from working with a sled on a flat floor (= no negative at all) to working with a cable pulley and sooner or later even doing it on gymnastics rings or with dumbbells on an incline bench (= full negative without any friction)
I like chickpeas, red kidney beans and lentils. Chickpeas preferably with 30% rice in the shape of chickpea-rice-cakes. They are so convenient and taste pleasantly unobtrusive.

This could be a fantastic lat raise variation too!
Thank you for the idea! I will experiment in that direction.

@@woman_king_strength Thanks! And I'm glad to hear that 👍
Music makes me think momin series.
Cool. My voice teacher often says most of my compositions sound like computer games music.
Omg this is what makes this channel so awesome! A true Creative Training Hack!!

WORK!!
Yes, sir! 😄
All these people calling themselves exercise scientists but nobody wants to experiment. 🤷🏻♂️
Very true!
Do you like Beans and Peas

@@creativetraininghacks Do you think dietary intake of manganeese way way exceeding the "upper limit" is of any concern?
@@victorstreet Sorry, but I haven't the faintest idea 🤷♂
