This song brought me so much joy today! I was a child of the 80s who played Double Dragon on the NES, and hearing the theme song remixed was a delight.
2:09 to 2:34 actually made me cry. I couldn't believe the 80's were back with this awesome remix. Beautiful and I hope they make more Double Dragon games in the future.

I was born in 2007 and grew up with java games and psp games but when I hear this theme I realised the power of 80s games they have one of the best soundtracks that dissolve in any mind
Not to carbon date myself, but I was born roughly 30 years prior and grew up on all the 80s classics. The arcade was like a second home, and a (FF16) Hideaway when times were tough. The arcades may be all but gone, but it's amazing to see that the "Arcade Spirits" live on as well as the music, and to see generations after mine that would be young enough to be my kids enjoy gaming as much as I did. ❤

You know, this is the kind of music to play mid episode of a River City Ransom/Girls anime where they're fighting an enemy beyond them only for the Double Dragon theme to play and Jimmy and Billy (and Marian) show up to save the day.
Actually happened in the original RCR. The next to last boss was the "dragon twins" and the nes version of this theme played as soon as they spawned. Gave me chills the first time it happened.
