As you know, John and Arthur grew up together, they're practically brothers, and even had a brotherly relationship. Arthur only had issues with him leaving the gang for a whole year and you can tell he was hurt by it, he heavily implied it when he said "We was family, you know." And for Arthur, loyalty to the gang was everything 'cause he was incredibly loyal himself, and he considered them his family, especially the old guard. So when John bailed on them, he felt betrayed, and it's been hard for him to fully forgive him, but they still have brotherly love for each other. They even fight and argue like siblings at times. Despite their issues, Arthur has always come to John's rescue. Also, I would like to add that while John has been vocal against Dutch for quite a while, Arthur has been questioning Dutch since the beginning of the game as well, including his dialogue with John at the very beginning in Valentine when they were talking about Dutch. "Now that's his gift, saying things." He also wanted to say more, but he doesn't go further. He's also questioned Dutch on a number of other occasions since the beginning, just not as strong. He only truly started questioning his faith in Dutch when they got to Guarma, that was the tipping point
Arthur didn't run Strauss out of the camp 'cause he got him sick. If that were the case, he would've done so when he realised after his diagnosis. He only does so after these final debt collection quests 'cause he sees things from a different perspective now. Even before he got sick, he never liked doing Strauss' dirty work, and it's always revolted him, he also said as much. Even Dutch used to say that he preferred robbing banks to usury 'cause it somehow seemed more dignified. Say what you want about the gang, but they always liked to follow a code. They generally preferred robbing the rich, or other gangs, etc. The fact that Arthur didn't like doing Strauss' dirty work before he got sick should already tell you a lot. He always wrestled with it, but did so for the benefit of the gang. When he got sick, he started reflecting on all sorts of things. With the gang falling apart, and Dutch's descent into madness, it's easier for him to not be tied down by loyalty, and he can now do things he wants to do, or not want to do. He can now embrace the good side of him and see things more clearly. When he does those missions, he sees desperate folks struggling to make ends meet being taken advantage of. He's meant to threaten and intimidate people who are in a vulnerable state whilst being in a vulnerable state himself. He empathises and he can't stand to do this work anymore. He always detested this work, and with all that's transpired since then, it's made more clear how he will not let Strauss take advantage of desperate and vulnerable folks anymore. Arthur doesn't really do things for himself, he's never really been that type of man. Throughout his life, even before his sickness, he always did things for the gang without question out of loyalty. All that mattered to him was loyalty. Now, things are different
As I said in my last comment, Charlotte is my favorite NPC in the game. Her and Arthur find each other when both are at a low point and through small interactions, uplift one another when its needed most. Its also one of the few times Arthur helps someone with nothing to gain and not being prompted by guilt he carries with him from pervious actions. I also like to think that they would make a wonderful couple if they had met at a different time in Arthur's life, as they seem perfect together. Showing the smallest bit of compassion to someone in need can change a person's life in the most profound ways and its nice that they both get to experience that, especially Arthur, who feels he isn't a good person. Arthur is a flawed man with a good heart and Charlotte sees that, and I think helps Arthur realize it as well on some level.
Per Red Dead Wiki: If murdered by the vampire, the player will have to wait three in-game days before they can find him again. Also, he spawns specifically between midnight and 1am. I can't remember if you've seen the ghost train, but that would have been another good Halloween event if you haven't.
@@VivianDarkbloom1 I think the developers should have put a jump scare in that scene. Either bats flying out of the chest or the raven just flying off into your face. ESPECIALLY when in first person.
Been loving this series, RDR2 is my personal favourite game OAT and I really hope that by the end of it, it places somewhere up there on your list as well! That being said, if you’re ever looking for a new franchise to play some time later, consider playing Mafia: Definitive Edition (2020). Relatively simple gameplay loop and a shorter game at that; but the remade cutscenes, graphics, soundtrack, dialogue, story etc. are all really phenomenal. Like RDR2, it’s like playing a movie; albeit a much shorter one. There are three games so far and a fourth one recently teased for next year! Again, one of my personal favourites.
Roger Clark (Arthur) is a different level of actor for being able to wheeze and cough like that so many times and not hurt afterwards. I can’t even imitate it without coughing for real 😂
Kali, just one visit to Bayall Edge left to complete the painting! Try sleeping a few times in the next episode and go back there, and again go into first person
Also when in close quarters with your revolver or any weapon really you can just press R trigger and can shoot much faster but less accurate. You fire your weapon from the hip and with a revolver you “fan the hammer” a classic western shooting style in old wester movies.
OMG I am so happy to see a new video by you today! You are by far the most thoughtful and amazing player for me to watch, especially in this masterpiece RDR2! Gosh and how cool to have your mods give you a non-spoiler'y list to do. Very cool experience
Howdy Kali, great episode. Glad you took the time to explore and experience more of the many, many, many things RDR2 has to offer. ( These hints are only because you have been to these area's but have missed somethings, Eagle eye is your friend. Lol ). If you want to, you can explore the area where you have your pointer at 3:18, Also Elysian Pool and all of the left side of Lake Owanjila all the way up to the trapper, and back up around Colter ( Lake Isabella ), A little north of the Hobbit House is another mystery ( this is a Prime area to hide something amazing ). Just a few more spots to explore and experience new RDR2 wonders. The Loft cabin also has a basement. Remember you have the Miner's hat ( keep stored on horse ), this is great for riding around in the dark and still have your hands free for guns. For your next personnel playthrough, the mugger that killed the lady has a rare black Arabian horse in the area you can take ( it's ok to kill him before he kills her ). Happy you found the Vampire, he does not re-spawn and if you would have killed him, you would get his dagger. 1:57:42, those are Snowy Egret's, eagle eye in this area for more to find. That was a good laugh. "Is this a trap?", AHH!, "It's a trap, it's a trap". LMAO. The swamp ghost can be seen from the road with binoculars ( under the L in the word bLue ), if you get to close she disappears. Soon as you hear her talking, take out your binoculars and listen to her dialog. Also at 2:23:21, you can peek under the bridge.
When you do the mission with Penlope take her to the outhouse. Also it may not happen but many peoples horses end up dying in the mission so try to use a differnt horse just in case. If you had killed that guy you could save the lady and she gets mad at her husband for not doing anything.
37:30 remember all of those insufferable city dwellers on the train in the beginning of RDR1? None of them would survive, but Charlotte is determined, fueled by her husband's aspirations. She was ready to starve instead of go back, instead she'll keep on with the struggle.
Also, since there's so much depth to this game, I feel I should tell you. You met a weird stalker fella at a camp, probably 10 episodes ago. He was obsessed with a particular widow. She has a stalker. You saw his den when you left her this episode
I knew I should have killed him.... 👀 Also love the call back to the people on the train in RDR1. Really makes Charlotte and her husband stand out even more compared to the rest of them! They went against the grain for a reason.
11:48 Arthur really needed some motivation to go in ghost hunt today 😅 Amazing! I though you would not see the ghost, because when you get too close to her she disappears immediately, but you saw her! The vampire I really hoped you would hogtie him, because when I played the game I never thought about that, but it seemed it didn't worked out 'cause he killed you. Anyways! Keep going Kali, pretty interesting episode today
Howdy Mrs. Kali... Happy Halloween to ya! 🎃 A spooky episode aye? I'm surprised nobody recommended the M.B.P to ya. It's pretty creepy... like really creepy. Due west of Van Horn, east of Kamassa river, just north of the snake mound there is a homestead. Normally people ignore it because there is no ground floor access... but Aurthur can climb in this game. Can you solve the mystery of the M.B.P? 😉 There IS something there. Also, I see you like rocking that sawed off shotty. Excellent choice. The campfire craftable ammo you can make for it might interest you... some serious firepower potential.
Great you finding some of easter eggs Rockstar with their Background making the Manhunt Games and Undead nightmare Really know how to do Horror. To see the Ghost it needs to be dark and foggy and you need to make sure you are not to close or it will Disappear. Their are 15 ecounters with her.
There's a bunch of interactions with the ghost. The first couple of times it's just her voice, but from now on you'll see her every time (but as you saw, she disappears if you approach her). And yeah, each time you encounter her you'll get a little more of her story (if you decide to ever go back). Fun episode today!
my mod told me about two ghost places! I went with this one, but I'm guessing the other is the train location. they also mentioned that location is much harder to spot the occurrence so that's also why I went with the lady
@ from what i understand its the same spot arthur and john did the train robbery back from horseshoe overlook chapter… and its around 2am you need be there
I''ve had a bit of life happen this month and I'm a few episodes behind now, but I'm still really enjoying how much fun you have with the crazy stuff they put in these games. Also I'm still laughing that you never ever ever seem to pull two pistols out at the same time, which is how I played most of the game
I don't think you from a few months ago just starting out in this game would have ever thought you'd be brave enough to go out in the dark looking for scary things 🤣 Really loved the vibes of this episode! Especially since I didn't know any of this existed and missed all of it when I played this game. The amount of depth in this game, and little hidden things all over is just mind blowing. The night folk quest was a nice touch for this episode's vibes too LOL I love Arthur’s personal development journey right now. Just the way he’s looking at the people in camp, at the Sister, at Charlotte. Though he may not straight up say it, I think he’s trying to right some of the wrongs of his life. That we don’t have to be defined by our circumstances, or the life we had to live in order to survive, but rather by our own choices when we have the free will to make them. That the legacy we leave behind is entirely in our hands. He may still act tough to the Sister, saying he’s not a good person, that he’s only ever going to be an outlaw, but I know deep down he sees so much more in himself. Reminds me of John’s personal journey of… redemption… in RDR1. Fighting his past in order to do right by his family
Some of the ghost encounters are just audio such as the first one you heard. @2:01:20 That voice was the ghost of Agnes Dowd (before the night folk ambush) and you can return multiple times to hear and/or see her again. I don't think I got through all the encounters with her but chills every time! Glad you got to see her at least once! You can Google her grave location if you're curious (hint* it's somewhere you have been before).
Thanks! You have the most hilarious playthrough I have seen. From big bounties for squirrel hunting, to basements, to goats and many things in between. I'm always excited to see the next video. Now that you have room in your satchel, you don't appear to loot as much as you used to, I guess you have about everything you need though. Thanks again!
Him meeting the nun, to me, really pushed Arthur to the other side. He was heading that way, but she did a final push. As great as this game is seen to be, it is still underrated.
1:18:20 - This is one of the few times that the game rewards you for murder. If you had killed Jean Marc, every shop in Saint Denis would give you a discount.
obviously this is the singular halloween episode lol but if you're interested at all in this vague suggestion, there's another spooky thing that's rare to encounter if you're in the woods at night, just west of the first O and the A in "roanoke ridge" on the map :)
That’s the first time I’ve seen Arthur gather herbs in first person. It’s interesting because I just noticed he takes the roots of the ginseng or other root plants and strips the leaves of others. Considering the detail of the game it shouldn’t surprise me but it’s another thing I noticed.
1:03:40 I dont know why this made me laugh. Arthur is standing infront of the sister and just randomly yells "HI THERE MISTER". I know you greeted someone but Im just trying to imagine it as a real life scenario.
If you think about it, Arthur kind of took Hosea’s place. Hosea said multiple times his time was almost out. He was definitely sick (I think there’s a theory it was lung cancer? Not sure). But Hosea tried to talk John into leaving early on. And kept trying to get him to take Abigail and Jack away from everything.
Marjorie has one more show at the Theatre Saint-Denis.(Stranger Mission - The Smell of the Grease Paint) There are different performances every day at the Saint-Denis Theater
For the veteran side quest mission, most people, myself included, think the best way to experience this side quest is after you rescue him you get 3 missions. Do the first fishing one, then the second one you go hunting. After that don’t come back till after chapter 6 is complete. You get a unique dialogue that makes the side quest more impactful. Also that mission is coming up for you to be able to get a hat like the one you wear in videos. Without spoilers, it’s a mission at night when it’s raining and you’re having to silently sneak into a place. A lot of people wear these hat in this mission, be sure to kill them then if it’s glowing on the ground that means it’s a hat that will be added to wardrobe as long as you pick it up. I think you might can get it just one other time but the mission only becomes available if you accept the mission when someone else asks you to help. Also the painting isn’t done yet so when next time you go to check it, it should be complete. Remember to go in the cabin in first person and to check the mirror. Also when you find the vampire again, don’t hesitate to draw your gun lol.
I'm not trying to backseat or be rude to you but if you find yourself surrounded by hostiles with knives try to tap circle button to hand to hand combat and Arthur can disarm them and quickly knock them out. You can also tap L1 to quick draw your gun and not get frustrated with having no time to react. If you tap the gun trigger he'll perform a execution in close range. It will make your gameplay a lot easier and fluid. An lastly that drunk lady, Lillian can actually find you more interesting if you talk to her while being drunk. Yiu just need to have some rounds at the bar or drink a lot from your strongest drinks at your satchel.
You have to start checking the map, those little dots are huts you can visit. You missed a little hut in the mountains that had something going on at. Next to the loft cabin.
LMAO at the Lion King edit. Okay, Okay, I KNOW I said I wasn't going to bring it up again, but I have to say it. I HAVE to. You spared the O'Driscoll at the very beginning. I'm pretty sure you spared Jeramiah Compson. You spared the poacher and once of the bounty hunters. And you killed Jimmy Brooks and took Charlotte's money! LMFAO I'm rolling! You did find the ghost by the way. She was the voice before the lady that trapped you. This was a fun episode!
Hi Kali! There's another part of the mission you did with the obsessed guy in Butcher Creek! It's only going to appear on your map when you're close to it. So I think you might wanna go to Butcher Creek sometime soon 😉😉
Happy Halloween kali linda 🎃🔥💥🤠 Wow te quedo espectacular la Edicion Epica :) video and Episode cool 😮😎🔥 de verdad y como siempre estas beautiful kali 🙌🔥😉🌹
Option 1: Murder an innocent man in cold blood for a few dollars from a corrupt politician. Option 2: Not doing that. "I don't know what I should do." Seriously?!? What's your next existential moral conundrum, setting fire to a bag of puppies for a Mountain Dew?
I feel like you need to refresh yourself with the Treasure maps you have at the start of each episode. You literally stood next to about three clues and rode past 3 others this episode without realising it. In the swamp, the first thing you heard was the ghost ("Come back to me!") but for some reason you wandered away from it, then got caught up the in the Night Folk trap. lol You can never really "catch" her though, she always teleports away from you as you get closer.
Good Morning Kali…I enjoyed watching the episode. Keep up the amazing work and you look pretty and I like your hat. These play throughs have been amazing too. Have a good day today and enjoy your Thursday. And here js a quote from my favorite WWE wrestler of all time “Never Give Up”. Happy Halloween!!!🎃 👍💯
Didnt see my ghost train coming into Rhodes😉 But its ok, its harder to find him then this ghost lady... Unfortunately, you cannot meet the vampire again if he killed you. Well, at least it made your playthrough unique...another time, i guess... Still, we need one more video about side quests.
fyi a little trick to finish the cigarette card collection. find a store & buy cigs discard them when your satchel is full, rinse & repeat till your compendium is full 😊
Gotta love Charlotte. If you ignore her missions and visit her cabin at the end of the game you will find her corpse as she starved to death. There is a cabin near that abandoned trading post that would definitely fit the theme of the episode. In the graveyard behind Shady Belle you will find Agnes Dowd’s grave, the ghost. There are 16 different encounters with her but they are not in chronological order. If you are interested in her story there is a YT channel called Strange Man who put all the encounters in chronological order to tell her story. Personally I have heard her but haven’t seen her yet. Happy Halloween 🎃 Edit: if you get too close to Agnes she will disappear.
I dressed my Red Dead Redemption Online character as Jack the Ripper & prowled around At Denis, killing the prostitutes with my knife You missed something at The Loft. Behind the building. Love your choice of a Halloween theme for this episode. The nightfolk interaction was a bonus. "Is this the ghost? Were you guys tricking me?" PS If you didn't revisit Charlotte within a few game days, you would have found her dead from starvation. I was devastated when I found out she died, because I didn't revisit her soon enough. Remember the guy in the tent with all the photos that was telling you all about the widow woman that he was stalking? He was talking about Charlotte. & you didn't torture him to death! I was so sad you met him before Charlotte. Now I think it is time to revisit Hamish Sinclair.
The churches are no longer modeled inside in RDR2 because devs wanted to avoid controversy with shooting/crimes inside a religious place. Kinda sad because they were nice in the first one but understandable nowadays.
You can seek out the ghost lady 13 times, I think. Each time you get a small piece of her tragic story. The last time she appears you will find out how she died. She disappears every time if you get too close (use binoculars), but last time you should go to where she was, and here you can pick a rare plant. If you want to know who she was, go to Shady Belle and find her tombstone. Her name was Agnes Dowd. Maybe not suitable for a video going back 13 times, but just one of these many things you will do when you play the game for yourself one day. There are a handfull of ghosts around. Like the young couple lost in the woods near Annesburg. Anyway. This game just keeps on giving and you will never get to the bottom of this wonderfull/crazy game. By the way. Visit Drako´s workshop again. You wont get an invite or stranger quest, just go there if you are in the area. I love your playthru´s.
1:38:42...Innocent woman gets robbed and murdered on a busy street, not a cop to be found. Arthur bumps into someone with his horse and 200 cops open fire on him...Kali, you should've put him on your horse, rode out into the swamp and fed him to the gators.

Yeah that had me rolling
This series has become the highlight of my week! Can’t wait to watch this later.
I can't believe they told her to not drink from the "pot". She's playing the game...let her play it!
my mod told me this because they knew I would do the exact opposite 🤣😂

The scariest thing about this game is that shots in Saint Denis cost $2 ($76 today)

You got too close to the crying ghost. Once you started running she vanished

my mod told me about two ghost places! I went with this one, but I'm guessing the other is the train location. they also mentioned that location is much harder to spot the occurrence so that's also why I went with the lady
@ from what i understand its the same spot arthur and john did the train robbery back from horseshoe overlook chapter… and its around 2am you need be there
@@DarthBreezus Yes, I gave hints to this in an earlier episode.
I''ve had a bit of life happen this month and I'm a few episodes behind now, but I'm still really enjoying how much fun you have with the crazy stuff they put in these games. Also I'm still laughing that you never ever ever seem to pull two pistols out at the same time, which is how I played most of the game
I hope life is going more smoothly now and that everything is okay! 💚 I missed seeing you around
Happy Halloween! Im looking forward to this one!
The night folk quest was a nice touch for this episode's vibes too LOL
I love Arthur’s personal development journey right now.
Happy Halloween 👻🎃 and happy diwali 🎇🪔 for everyone.
It’s hard to notice if you’re not looking for it but drinking that potion refills all your cores and outer rings.
Oooooh! okay!
Happy Halloween 🎃 to you and your family I hope you had a epic and blessed day and night ❤❤❤100
Merci!
thank you so much for the super!! 💚
Some of the ghost encounters are just audio such as the first one you heard.
@2:01:20
That voice was the ghost of Agnes Dowd (before the night folk ambush) and you can return multiple times to hear and/or see her again. I don't think I got through all the encounters with her but chills every time! Glad you got to see her at least once! You can Google her grave location if you're curious (hint* it's somewhere you have been before).
Not sure if you're a Star Wars fan or not but in the words of Admiral Ackbar....."it's a trap!!!!!" Fantastic episode. Happy Halloween 🎃
You should go back to Butchers Creek, get the pig mask, and then go door to door in St Denis Trick or Treating 😂
You gotta visit the house directly west from Van Horn across from the train tracks. Get yourself upstairs of that house for quite the sight 😁
Him meeting the nun, to me, really pushed Arthur to the other side. He was heading that way, but she did a final push. As great as this game is seen to be, it is still underrated.
Shoulda directed her to the ghost train...it's an impossible one to miss!
3am is known as the "witching" hour
It’s funny the traffic jams you can create hitching your horse on a street where the streetcars run.
let's adventure and Happy HALLOWEEN Queen Kaliwali ❤❤❤
At the start , you see Arthur swat a mosquito 🦟 or fly 🪰 from his neck !!😂😂😂
It’s a trap! it’s a trap! Startled me also, thanks Kali!
The ghost of the swamp has a tombstone behind the gangs, last camp or the houses there's a cemetery behind it and her tombstone is there
Hello
Un excellent partage merci
C'est génial😊😊😊🎃
1:18:20 - This is one of the few times that the game rewards you for murder. If you had killed Jean Marc, every shop in Saint Denis would give you a discount.
obviously this is the singular halloween episode lol but if you're interested at all in this vague suggestion, there's another spooky thing that's rare to encounter if you're in the woods at night, just west of the first O and the A in "roanoke ridge" on the map :)
One of the few things I didn’t like about this game was the way you can get moved farther away when you camp.
The swamp is dang scary
That’s the first time I’ve seen Arthur gather herbs in first person. It’s interesting because I just noticed he takes the roots of the ginseng or other root plants and strips the leaves of others. Considering the detail of the game it shouldn’t surprise me but it’s another thing I noticed.
1:03:40
I dont know why this made me laugh.
I can't really say much, but the cabin with what might be the "Strange Man", the portrait won't be finnished in this chapter.
Marjorie has one more show at the Theatre Saint-Denis.(Stranger Mission - The Smell of the Grease Paint)
There are different performances every day at the Saint-Denis Theater
There are many other paranormal events that you missed, but pretty cool episode overall.
Happy Halloween Kali, and Happy Halloween everybody (*´꒳`*)!!!!
Yiu just need to have some rounds at the bar or drink a lot from your strongest drinks at your satchel.
round that 'hobbit' home, there are a few interesting places. (special in the epilogue) I like it there so much i always have my camp there online.
Happy late Halloween Kali 🎃
2:01:18 There's something cool under the W of ''Bluewater'' on the map, nothing insane but still worth the detour when you go back in this area!! 🙂
Happy Halloween Kali 🎃 have a good spooky one 👹❤
HALLOWEEN ALREADY?
LETS FREAKIN' GOOOOOO!
Wish a spooky day to the person reading!
Hi Kali! There's another part of the mission you did with the obsessed guy in Butcher Creek!
It's only going to appear on your map when you're close to it. So I think you might wanna go to Butcher Creek sometime soon 😉😉
Not sure if you are aware but Sister Calderon is in the first red dead redemption game
yep!
You didn’t check that whole cabin in the mountains. It was a basement
The next refresh of the Stranger's Hut in the Swamp will be after Chapter 6
Happy Halloween kali linda 🎃🔥💥🤠 Wow te quedo espectacular la Edicion Epica :) video and Episode cool 😮😎🔥 de verdad y como siempre estas beautiful kali 🙌🔥😉🌹
Option 1: Murder an innocent man in cold blood for a few dollars from a corrupt politician.
Option 2: Not doing that.
"I don't know what I should do."
Seriously?!? What's your next existential moral conundrum, setting fire to a bag of puppies for a Mountain Dew?
What flavor of Mountain Dew?
VooDew. Limited Edition.
You kept getting too close to the ghost and she respawns when you do that.
Beautiful channel ❤❤
Didnt see my ghost train coming into Rhodes😉 But its ok, its harder to find him then this ghost lady...
Unfortunately, you cannot meet the vampire again if he killed you. Well, at least it made your playthrough unique...another time, i guess... Still, we need one more video about side quests.
Your outfit for today makes me think of Ada Wong from Resident Evil minus the hat
Kaliwali Awesome Video Today!!🔥🐐🐐💎
fyi a little trick to finish the cigarette card collection. find a store & buy cigs discard them when your satchel is full, rinse & repeat till your compendium is full 😊
Happy Halloween 🎃
Edit: if you get too close to Agnes she will disappear.
I dressed my Red Dead Redemption Online character as Jack the Ripper & prowled around At Denis, killing the prostitutes with my knife
You missed something at The Loft. Behind the building.
Love your choice of a Halloween theme for this episode. The nightfolk interaction was a bonus. "Is this the ghost? Were you guys tricking me?"
PS If you didn't revisit Charlotte within a few game days, you would have found her dead from starvation.
Im kind of surprised for how immersive your playthrough has been you've only changed Arther's clothes twice

You keep cutting the ghost dialogue off because you get too close to her.
1:38:42...Innocent woman gets robbed and murdered on a busy street, not a cop to be found. Arthur bumps into someone with his horse and 200 cops open fire on him...Kali, you should've put him on your horse, rode out into the swamp and fed him to the gators.
53:43 that was when i got scared for arthur. since whichcraft is one of those things, you dont know what happened or is about to happen.
