Joyce Ouma: Taking a pill every day in order to survive is not easy. We do not want the stigma around HIV. The stigma around HIV starts from the stigma around sex. We are in a situation where we do not want to admit that young people are having sex. We should move away from stigmatizing sex, it is time to bring sex education into the mainstream
