Thanks from NZ. I have the same laptop. After select keybourd, I clicked on next, and when the next window came up, I accidently clicked skip before seeing what the screen was. It was the second keyboard screen. Sweet, no problem.
If you want to bypass setting up the Microsoft Account, you can click on "Sign on options" and the click on on "Offline Account" You can always sign on later
I forgot to mention... Depending on your first time set up routine, you might see a page before the Microsoft Account setup page that says, Let's Connect You to a Network." If you happen to see that screen, there usually is a link at the bottom left that says, "I don't have Internet." Click on it to bypass the Microsoft Account Setup screen. As always, you can set up you Email/Internet/Microsoft Account connect later. Also there is one other trick, to bypass connecting to the internet or Microsoft Account, on first time setup.
