Just wondering if you figured out where that missing bolt went? I appear to have done the exact same thing. Is there a part that also attached to those threads?
. Ok. There is a small 8 or 10 mm bolt that goes in there. I did find it and installed. That one does not get the same torque. I just hand tightened so I didn't strip it.
Thanks. If I had to do it over again I'd reevaluate the crank bearings. Probably not the correct way to get them off but I've never replaced crank bearing before. As far as break in I just go a bit heavier on the oil mix. I only run non-ethanol gas in all my toys.
The retorquing of the cylinder heads is one of the most important steps that many people miss. Glad to see you did that.
Hey i ranted to thank you, I've never cut a 2 stroke and this was a powerful video for me.

Can you give me a time stamp to look in the video?

@@GarageWorx Ok thank you. Not sure what ive done with mine so maybe ill just find something close if its not super crucial
Nice to see it finished and hear it running , is there a special break in procedure for these 2 strokes?

Hey nothing wrong with doing it that way, just have to be careful not to nick the shaft with the zip disc. thanks for the break in info@@GarageWorx
Nothing above 1/2 throttle for the first 5 tanks of fuel. Ease into it and ease out of it. That's about it for break in.
No cylinder base gaskets?
They are on there
I watched the video too. @@GarageWorx
Are you sure you didn't forget the BASE gaskets at 15:18?
Okay, changed my video from 360p and can confirm.
