well , not super logical but very factual and solidly grounded in emotional grief of the kind that cause people to suffer strokes ...or have psychosis though from what i glimpsed of the shows later parts , i do consider the death fight part quite meta as ,if a force of nature so to speak 'concentrates' enough of its essence to get a anthromorphofic representation that have the whole spectrum of its natural force bend to its will best it can.. well , thats one dam far more 'focused' target for a king of vampires to fight ,specially one thats strong enough to shield his loved ones spirit in the afterlife with pure willpower and that finds out the dam thing is responsible for not just puppeteering the death of his beloved but also trying to destroy his beloveds spirit :/

Probably the best version of Dracula imo. I loved hellsings version because he was good but still wild but this one is completely different and was trying to change was robbed from that change. The voice actor really did his best work in this,absolutely perfect in every scene especially the rage scenes and the sad scene when he was “killing his boy”.
By the way the three Alucard, Belmont, and sypha were getting their asses handed to them by Dracula. This was when he was on hunger strike imagine what he would’ve done at full strength

yee in my head canon , the follow up stuff to this where 'death' sought to return Dracula utterly mad its not the heroes that defeats the avatar of the nature force of death itself ...its Dracula , being dragged back and as he is forced to adjust the ritual on the fly and leave his beloved in the underworld once more unshielded well ...for a brief moment nothing may day as dracula returned like a celestial body eating dragon his spectral jaws not just devouring the avatar of death itself but taking hold of the very nature force itself ripping out all threads & hues in its patterns through the weave of existence that might have such an avatar of twisted desire ever form agen , before returning to the underworld nourished and ready to battle for his beloved spirit! and of course with any naive vampires or humans that sought to use his return , leaving the chilling warning they may be free to fight for their right to existence in that world ...but if they fk with the status Q to much ....a legend and titan that is the equal to gods may take offence ^^
Honestly, Lisa shouldn't have made Dracula wonder around. It didn't help him in any real way and she got killed without his protection. She overrated walking like a human.
I want them to bring him back in nocturne, and I mean its obvious they are because Alucard couldn't even kill his own dad without him giving up lol. But I do worry they will add him and portray him wrong but part of me also wants to see him kick the vampire queens ass and show her she isn't original lol.
im dreaming of a pivotal scene in the last episode of the new season of nocturne, where alucard and richter are on the edge of almost losing a battle, and out of nowhere, dracula (IN FULL PRIME STRENGTH) flys up in slow motion and slays out the queen or any of her vampire minions without breaking a sweat. kinda just like how alucard did in the last scene of the first season; but everyone will immediately recognize dracula and his aura. alucard will see that draculas actions were to save the human race, see he's not mad anymore and embrace his father for helping with their cause
Its my favourite anime. Like ever. First 2 seasons are god tier, like 9/10, but I`ll never forgive Netflix for season 3. Probably worst crap I`we ever seen in my entire life. I dont want to watch season 4 rn, I almost wanted to throw up once I finished season 3, dont want for that to happen again.

Shame they dropped the ball and refused to follow the games and start up the resurrection cycle especially when they had 2 very solid opportunities to do so, hell even Nocturne had the opportunity to bring it in. I get not wanting to undo his final moments before his death, but the Dracula returning in the cycle didn't need to be ALL of Dracula. Could have just been like all his rage and hatred coalesced into a single being. They could have even made his hair white like in the games to visualize it.
