What time do you go to bed to wake up so early?! I'm an undergrad and I can never get up as early as I'd like, I think I go to bed too late.
I got to bed around 9 and wake up between 4 and 5 (6 if I'm sleeping in!!)
I'm curious if you're vegan or vegetarian or just like to make more plant based meals? I know there's a lot of good research articles on the benefits of plant based eating! Loved your vlog (:
Thank you! I eat mostly vegan/vegetarian when I'm at home but I don't always when I eat out :-) Agree that eating plant based is the best for our health, the environment, and the animals :-)
