I’m using the speedrun as a guide since most speedruns have the player knowing what to do, so it’s faster than following a pointless action of a blind player.
Dude same!! I hate all those glitch speedruns of this game. I want to see people doing legit intended stuff and get all items and beat the game as fast as possible.
The only intended sequence breaks are early grapple and bomb, early super missile, early cross Bomb and early gravity suit. All this other crap people are doing is not possible without that pseudo beam glitch.
16:01 I don’t even know how the hell it happened, but in my winning attempt I somehow rode it and spammed missiles, similar to the way you can attack a Lynel while riding it.
Its interesting comparing our two run. Its hard to say who had the fast route we were trading the lead all the way up the drogyga. You finished 12 minutes faster but between me losing time trying drogy skip, ice EMMI, ferenia’s first visit, and fumbling around in Burenia clean up theres a lot of time. I also see we had some different strats on getting items. I guess the question is will you be modifying your route off of what you saw from me. Im not so sure i’ll be modifying off of yours.
I’m honestly pissed that rookie mode BARELY makes it easier and does absolutely NOTHING for bosses. I can’t beat a boss that’s dealing 100 damage when I’m hardly good at platformers!
Thank god, I just countered the white one. It’s hard when it’s no longer paused after the first. It just saw me again but thanks to the help of this I avoided it. I’m unsure how I avoided it by 2 inches or why it didn’t follow me through the open gun door, but at least I didn’t need to wait to leave the EMMI zone.

I find this guide actually much more useful, since I don't use the pseudo beam. Can you put time stamps of when you acquired abilities?
