Wow!! What a great car! Unfortunately I can’t afford the Dark Horse, but I ordered the GT in manual and it should arrive at the end of the year. I already can’t sleep…😉 Noticed that people mentioned about the price. Mine will be 89K with the magna ride suspension added and the atlas blue colour which will be discontinued from November this year. Mine is getting built end of September, so still get the colour. But I always ask when someone say it’s too expensive: compared to what? What do you get for this price that offers you what this car does? I love sport cars and have owned many great cars like a Golf R, or an Infinity Q50S Red Sport with 400 horsepower and so on. But most sport cars today give you a very sterile driving experience with everything computer controlled, the only thing you need to do is floor it and steer. Yes, they are quick, but you need to remember the most important factor in a car. Never forget what Jeremy Clarkson said after testing a 500K car: It’s very quick and sophisticated, but is it FUN to drive? As I have mentioned, I have owned and driven many great sports cars(also including my friends GT3), but this car put the biggest smile on my face! Is it the best cutting edge sport car out there for the money? Certainly not, but it is one of the most enjoyable and engaging car that you will ever drive for this price! Only one big gripe with Ford Australia. How in the world you can’t put a rear wing on a car if you want a Magna ride suspension??!! I desperately want the wing but you cannot select the option if you already selected the Magna ride suspension. I have asked the salesman about it, he had no clue. He called Ford Australia and asked them the same question and they couldn’t give him an answer! In the US if you pick the performance pack(which is automatically in the Australian models) you get the rear wing. So I have to wait a few months until the wing will be available separately from spares and fit it later. I guess you can fit a wing later but you can’t fit a Magna ride suspension as it needs to be wired in from factory …
It's worth the wait. It's still very familiar if you have driven a Mustang. A lot of things are a little bit better. And it sounds amazing.I thought I would hate the big touch screen but I have found it quite engaging.
Ah bless you @SzabolcsSzoke-i7y, for that sweep of passionate poetry about your ordered car because I too am the former owner of 4 different muscle cars (beginning in 1988 with the 5-speed 5.0L 'Stang GT that was my first automotive love) and am at last in a position to buy this one. Not only have you answered information I couldn't find in any review about the U.S. Performance Pack being included automatically in Aussie GTs which is excellent to hear because I deffo wanted that, but you have also spec'd yours out with the same MagneRide suspension that reviews I've watched and read have recommended and even called a "must". Why I'd even concluded, like you, that an Appearance Pack is something that's addable later. But will be ordering my edition in Vapor Blue because it matches that of my college era car. I guess I needed reassurance that dropping all these $$$ on something that's a toy as much as a need will still be FUN, and if the women in my life along with other soul-dead friends want to go calling it a midlife crisis move then let 'em do it since I'll know I'm ordering the best I can. This is "the last of the V8 Interceptors" as the mechanic in Mad Max II so memorably said.
$80k is too much going into a recession, especially given that Fords are no longer made in Australia, and all those tax dollars Australians gave to Ford Motor Co when they were making cars in Australia.
The Mach E is anything but pathetic, but it shouldn't have been called a Mustang at all. They should have called it the Edge-E (edgy). When it's time to replace my Tesla, I'm getting a Mach E.
It had to be labeled as Mustang to keep the v8 Mustang living on. Biden administration told ford to give consumers options for efficiency and “environmental” friendly so ford had no choice to call the mach e under Mustang badge.
I believe it’s so the customer can dodge the gas guzzler tax in california. If you turn it deactivate it enough times, the auto start stop turns stops working.
The muscle car 'Stangs were always heavy. Two other words for that are "resilient" and "tough" because we love to drive 'em hard and the roads we're on aren't always smooth.

Beware of supras, they're going to blow your doors off.

It's only 70k

At least it’s a real Mustang unlike the pathetic EV they stuck a Mustang badge on.

Love it, that colour is perfect, great review, thanks and yes manual only
Great car!
Why would they delete the wireless phone charger for MY25?
Why are you comparing a 25 to the 6th gen? The 7th Gen has been out for over a year now. Came out in 24.
The drift brake is on the wrong side! SLACK for RHD cars. How can you use it
Just reach over a little!
Jesus... you guys have it bad for pricing. $80k for a GT manual is diabolical
Australia tax mate, they would tax us to breath if they could find a way.
Yep we get screwed all the time. The difference in the exchange rate hit makes a difference as well.
Australian dollar is weak compared to us dollar.
The inflation in the U.S. where they build it is no joke.
I don't like the rear brake lights. Too many sharp angles.
It's inspired by the 1967 mustang fastback rear end. If you look at that, the rear light panel curves in aggressively.
How is that a 2025 when production hasn't even started yet?
You need to change your title you are reviewing the 2024 not 25 Mustang.
Release this year 2024: Dark Horse, Fast back, GTD
GOODNESS $$$$$$😮😮😮😮😮😮
That display sucks ok in a family car not in a Mustang look at how MB do a GT type display
same thing I was saying get rid of that display screan
Auto start/stop button on a V8, what are you thinking Ford
I believe it’s so the customer can dodge the gas guzzler tax in california. If you turn it deactivate it enough times, the auto start stop turns stops working.
Is it me or is the steering wheel on the wrong side😂😂😂
Does it still come with a too small petrol tank and range anxiety?
Compared to one of those Mach-E electric ones, the "range anxiety" is nothing to worry about.
Nothing for 2025 is released
The front bumper with that gloss black lipgloss looks really weird. The cars too heavy too.
The muscle car 'Stangs were always heavy. Two other words for that are "resilient" and "tough" because we love to drive 'em hard and the roads we're on aren't always smooth.
Looks like any other ford mustang
It’s a new generation of the coyotes so It is actually new. 😂
this is no DH
Seems n looks like a gtr just not as tuned
lol 😁🤡
