So long as the viewer understands the basics over rule the nuanced. Here's a controversial but factual statement.....no study exists that has changed how we train in the last 30 years. Call it the training framework and everything else is nuanced and personal choice. For example, we all train 12-25 hard sets per week per major muscle group. We all eventually saturate volume and intensity according to our recovery. We use full ROM. We progress over time via form, weight, reps and sets. Rest time? We Rest as long as we need to. Exercise selection? We choose what we like and doesn't hurt. This is the framework which was used 30 years ago and it's still in use. Everything else is nuanced and shouldn't be prioritised over the frame work. So long as people understand this, the science/nerdy stuff is great.

Cheers, Joe. I'm very much looking forward to the video where you absent-mindedly start drawing stick figures on the new screen.

Hi Joe. Thank you for all the information. I’m travelling to Washington DC from South Africa tomorrow. If I order your cuffs tonight, will they arrive at my Hotel by Thursday next week (I fly back then) I can’t order them to S.A because it’s an additional $80.00. So I’m hoping to save some cash. Thank you.

Hoping you include cues. Set up for an exercise such and scapular depression or elevation, retraction or protraction. Hand placement, etc. Thanx, love your channel.

Will taking creatine while on a cut give me a bloated look? I’ve been bulking for a while and this will be my first proper cut. I know it’s intramuscular but still curious. Any help is appreciated

Joe. Came across the channel a month back and you instantly came across as a person who knows what they’re talking about. Bought the app and started my workout right away.
