I’m on my planche journey, I kind of have a straddle planche, and I said kind of because i can hold it for 2s, but my hips are a bit higher than the require. one method I find helpful is weighted, literally going thru the beginning of the planche journey with weight added(as in weights added on the ankles) so I can make my progress faster(i don’t know if it works for others when they try learning a new skill, but it helps me)
