There's plenty of recipes for uses of sweet potato starch, especially for chewy mochi-like sweets or for making noodles. and yep, this isn't just any emperor's village of origin, this is Sun Quan's ancestral home, one of the three kings of the Three Kingdoms era. The central building in that cluster is their ancestral worship ci-tang shrine for the Sun 孙 family name.
