FYI: This works also for C4 Grand Picasso 2013 to 2018. 2.0 litre diesel. Except the engine is revesered so the filter is at the front and very accessible. Source... I just did it now. Thank you!!!
Thank You - without that video I think I won´t have been able to change the filter. One point: when You pull out the filterhouse there is a cable connected on the right side, which You have to disconnect. In video exactly after 1:35. Just to pull off? You do it so quickly...
Thank you. Really useful video. Is it the 1.6 engine? It looks like mine (C4 Picasso 1.6 BlueHDi). I think I will wear gloves though with diesel splashing about! Have liked and subscribed.
The whole fuel filter housing will be removed, at the same time you have to drain & clean it. When it comes to fuel tank cleaning, i have no idea, think you have to pull down the whole tank since there is no drain plug.
Lift the white triangular on middle top with a screwdriver, then you can now press the the side of white clip downwards and pull the tube. See this video with similar clip design on track 1:09 m.ua-cam.com/video/cU6G1soiGeQ/v-deo.html
Edit, ignore that old comment I was full of shit there lol. Rear left, you can see the same fuel line braiding in the video If you look about 6 inches directly behind the oil fill cap you should be able to follow the braided pipe there

@EAGLES20APS yup, different location on 2.0s, same as ford kugas 2.0.

Thanks, yep it's 1.6. Good practice to use PPEs when handling chemicals. I think my skin is used to it already 😂
Hi. Thanks for video. Any idea if the "run out of fuel" procedure will work if you have poured out all of the diesel from the fuel filter housing?
Yep it should, as the fuel lines it not 100% air free.
Thank you 🙏
Great job man :)
