Such a nice nostalgic rendition! Funny thing - when I heard the Space Harrier theme, it was immediately nostalgic to me even though I didn't play that game. Took me a while to figure out that it was partly ripped off from the theme of Blakes 7.
I've heard that said, but I don't see the resemblance to Blake's 7. The first three notes of the melody are the same, but apart from that, the tune is completely different, with totally different chords. To me they sound almost nothing alike.
Superb! As a musician, it drives me crazy hearing covers of this tune because they're always butchered, the chords are always wrong. You reproduced it perfectly, and a great piano arrangement too! THANK YOU! 🙂
