The Switch 2 hype is real. It would be pretty disappointing if it was a basic hardware reveal. I do hope it mirrors the original Switch reveal with the games, sets, people, and most importantly, a rooftop party. But either way, it’ll be good to have it announced it!
If Nintendo is really gonna announce it this week, they better have their software launch year line-up ready to announce too. I'm predicting Metroid Prime 4, the next Mario Kart, and a "gimmick" packaged game like Snipperclips or 1-2-Switch at least. When the Switch was announced, it was strongly anchored by BotW, Mario Odyssey, MK8D, Splatoon 2, and ARMS.
Prime 4 is a Switch 1 game. We also need Prime 2 and 3 before 4 comes out. Prime 4 wont be till Summer at best assuming we get Prime 2 shadow dropped in the February Direct. Then it's up to when Prime 3 comes along.

Finding this channel with this video in my recommended feed brought back memories I haven't thought of for around 10 years now lol. It was the neural equivalent of an M&M being pulled from the depths of my sinuses.
My anecdotal WiiU experience has to do with the tours Nintendo did to promote it's launch. My family and I watched as a representative explained to another family with young children that it was a new Nintendo console. The rep showed them all of the new experiences the gamepad would bring. The better HD graphics and so on. The family stood there smiling and nodding. When they finally walked away, the wife says to the husband, "So what was that supposed to be?". He said to her, "I don't know. Some new accessory for the Wii.". My family just laughed.
Defintiely agree with you Kit, having no games doesnt sit right with me. Software sells systems, if its just a video zooming in on buttons and such will be somewhat disappointing. Fingers crossed we get at least a peak of a new Mario 3d.
My guess is it's gonna be similar to the Switch reveal trailer in October 2016 where it teases the concept of the system and gave us a tease of Breath of the Wild and what would later be revealed as Mario Odyssey.
Briefly showing off 2-3 first party games and 2 third party games would be good for me, but if it's completely devoid of games then I would be pretty disappointed tbh.
I agree with Krysta, they can’t risk what happened with Wii and WiiU and the confusion of “is this some add on screen controller for the the Wii” and just not being clear the real differences between the two. It needs to stand dramatically on its own.
People are misinterpreting this, there will be snippets of games like the Switch 1 trailer. What they probably mean is, that they aren't the focus, they are not going to elaborate on them, so exatcly like Switch 1.
What's really getting to me is that this might be the last big time we get this hyped about new hardware. PS5 and Series X have reached a level of performance where anything beyond that will be diminishing returns, if the Switch 2 can improve performance enough to fix load times and put out 4K/60 on certain titles, I think this might be the last big generational jump until immersive VR takes off, but who knows when that will be. I remember seeing the N64 in '96 and being blown away by the graphics. It's bittersweet to think that after the Switch 2, we might be all done with moments like that simply because game hardware has gotten so good. The Switch 2 reveal is gonna hit extra hard with all that in mind!
I find difficulty in believing we'll ever get something like the jump from 2D to 3D again. You're right, it is bittersweet, but I am also optimistic in Nintendo creating something interesting and new in play post NS2.
Meh honestly i think graphics have hit a plateau since the previous gen (ps4, xbox one). Theres hardly much of leap in what you see comparing ps4 vs ps5 version. Unless u pause or stop moving in game and take a microscope to little details. But who cares as much about that in the middle of when you are gaming.
@@thefonzpartI don't think they meant the Switch 2 is a big leap, more that the N64 was compared to the SNES. Still, the Switch is basically equivalent of a Wii U, just slightly more powerful, it's 10 year old tech. The Switch 2 will be more like a PS4, so it won't be a massive jump but definitely noticeable. The screen will also go from 720P to 1080P.
Great insight! It's very interesting to hear the mindset behind N's decision-making process. Thursday sounds about right. I hope they can recapture the OG Switch feels with this. I'll never forget the excitement I had for it.
It is so good to get your perspectives on this - having worked at the company for so long and actually helping to make these kinds of decisions. I was so tired of all the rumors, so hearing it from you guys makes me believe it will actually happen this week. Also.. I agree something feels wrong about not showing any games.. I'm inclined to think they will show at least some small clips similar to the first Switch reveal trailer. I guess we will see pretty soon.
I really hope the announcement video will have a similar vibe to the original switch announcement trailer. Show people using this thing in their everyday lives, show its new features, intrigue the audience with new game teasers, and overall put on a show about your new hardware! I have a feeling it will be more tame, but I still want to see them put their confidence into this system like they did with the original Switch. Take pride Nintendo! It’s time for a new generation!
Im ready, Im just so ready. I loved the switch, but im ready for the next generation! The next Mario Kart, the next 3D Mario, the new IP franchises that will inevitably come. So ready
Nate the Hate also said. Switch 2 games 🎮 will not be at this reveal. Only the switch 2 console will be revealed this Thursday. The switch 2 games will be revealed later next month or early March.
As expected. Maybe we might get a 1-2 second preview of the upcoming first-party games just like the first Switch trailer (Splatoon 2, MK8 deluxe, and Super Mario Odyssey)
@@kylemccrory8509The switch 1 reveal really didn't have much game reveals outside or a snippet of mario odyssey. Until the Jan. Event we thought many of the games were place holders since they just seemed like wii U games with minor edits (turns out they were wii U games with minor edits lol)
I think you get a trailer similar to the Switch reveal - people playing games in various ways to showcase the versatility of the hardware (highlighting any differences from the Swtich, such as the rumored mouse), games seen on the screen but not specifically mentioned, release date provided. I believe Elden Ring gets featured in the trailer on the Switch 2 screen in a similar way to how Skyrim was showcased in the original Switch trailer.
What would be cool is if they had a way to incorporate the Alarmo as a timer for everyone that purchased them, that starts counting down on Wednesday; at zero, we finally get that sweet sweet Switch 2 reveal!!
Krysta giving us news anchor reporter fantasy-esque with the gray coat, very fitting with the NewsNewsNews music cue. I have mostly been ignoring all of this mumbo jumbo (the best I can, internet is on fire regarding this topic), just watching from the sidelines without putting too much attention, but I might have caught the bug where I'm finally... expectant. If it is this Thursday... fun! But if it's not, I can't wait for things to calm down again because the amount of yapping (in general!) regarding what went down at CES has been too much.
Flat-out wrong. We know Call of Duty is coming as Nintendo signed a 10-year publishing deal with Microsoft/Activision. The same rumors that gave us apparently accurate Switch 2 info gave us Mario Kart 9, including a hardware bundle. Square Enix has been laying messaging groundwork that they are preparing Switch 2 versions of basically everything. We have the Breath of the Wild DLSS tech demo from Gamescom 2023 that is likely going to be either a re-release or a compatibility patch. We have further rumors of a Bayonetta trilogy enhanced port, Red Dead Redemption 2, various Ubisoft ports such as Siege and The Division, and there's no reason to believe games like Doom The Dark Age won't come over as well.
It's going to be a logo reveal like what they did with Metroid Prime 4. Then, similar to MP4, a few months later (instead of years), they'll reveal a modified logo with a bit of game clips.
I’m expecting a short hardware reveal that looks vaguely like the overview trailer of the Switch 1, the one with the white background etc, but a bit less specific on the details, more vague but still informative, and a strategic showing of gameplay from a graphically impressive scene from a game such as Mario Kart, that doesn’t reveal anything about the game however, so for example just someone driving on a crazy looking track for some seconds. It’s enough to get people excited and give them a feel of what the power of the hw can do, after all the purpose of this trailer will be just to kick off the marketing season officially, it doesn’t have to do everything at once. Logo, branding, design, a snippet of gameplay, new hardware features, official renders on the website with some PR, no price, no game titles, and a “stay tuned for more information coming this march”. I think May would be a great release month, but June is fine too Me personally? I’m strangely super excited for the mouse functionality lmao
Remember the physical events that were had right before launch of the Switch? Where the public got hands on time with the system and various games? I think something like that may help reduce the fears and/or confusion people have with this being "just another Switch 1".
I know the chance of a announcement on a friday is super low, but it’s my birthday friday and that would probably make it one of the coolest birthdays in recent times (Yes, I’m that much of a Nintendo nerd). So fingers crossed!!
This means the software reveal is going to be glorious. They must have a loaded lineup to showoff if they are going to devote a separate presentation to software.
this is completely random and I'm not sure if anyone said it before, but i'm just gonna mention it here, because it's a funny idea: We know that the Joycons have the new feature with the optical sensor, so it could be used like a mouse. We also know that Microsoft and Nintendo have no problem working together on certain things. So how about this: the USB-C at the bottom can be used to attach a keyboard to the Switch 2 and the console will have an "app" to use Windows on it. This way, you can use the Switch 2 both as a console and as a notebook / tablet. It would be like a mini-surface. This would be ideal for the current switch to mobile / home office :D
I’m thinking it could be an ‘announcement of an announcement’. A short confirmation of, ‘there’s a new system, here’s what it is, here’s the name, here’s when the big presentation is’.
I think they fed the hype about the DK franchise again over the last weeks, so now they can announce a completely new DK game together with the Switch 2. And it will be like Hey in six months you can play this complete new DK game, but you can go out right now and buy this great and much beloved DKCR Wii Game on your Switch now. And you'll be even able to play it on the Switch 2 too due to backwards compatibility. So announcing it like this on the release date of DKCR together with a new DK game announcement for the Switch 2 will have a great impact and have THE momentum! Maybe they'll even do it in the DK themepark. That'd be awesome for sure! ❤
Even if it is basically a beefed up switch, if they give it a distinct name, then I think once they start showing the games and say “Only available on ‘Switch 2’” then I think that’ll be what gets people more engaged with buying it
While I can't wait for Switch 2, I just wanna compliment how great you both look! Kit's extended sauna times seem to have rejuvenated him a lot and I love what he's got going on with his hair in this episode! Likewise, I loved Krysta's wavy hair in the recent remote set-ups, but her drip is also quite classy for this one! Can't wait to watch for the inevitable Switch 2 Announcement reactions. And again, welcome to the console launch hype cycle from outside Nintendo! Enjoy the chaos!
Nate is trustworthy so I believe him about Thursday, but I do find it very odd that they would release that trailer on the same day they are launching donkey Kong. Not that donkey Kong is a sales behemoth, but they have had a slight marketing push so it seems very unlike them to overshadow a game launch with something like this.
Are people forgetting how nintendo revealed the wii only showing the remote and a bizarre name (wii) but a few weeks later they shown of wii sport's gameplay and the rest is history!
Glad to see Nate getting the credit and respect he deserves. Been following him for a long time and even when he doesn’t get something right, it’s usually because something was changed/delayed or something like that. Definitely recommend following him for gaming leaks/rumours and you get a little insider knowledge from MVG who is a game developer. I’m actually a little surprised Kit and Krysta didn’t mention that MVG said he’s still got about 18 months of work for the ORIGINAL Nintendo Switch. So that console will still be support into next year.
Honestly, can you really believe anything anymore? Idk man it's just so overwhelming with these constant leaks left and right. But, we can always have optimism and hope for the best!
Some people suggested to me yesterday that the PR/Marketing teams at NoA and NoE might not even know about the console announcement date before they get told from the Japanese side just days prior. Because Nintendo operates on a "need to know" basis, was the argument. As someone working in the same field, I tried to tell them that thats not how marketing and PR works, at least not if a company isn't completely stupid. If you do not tell the people whose literal job it is to make people buy your product when you're going to announce your product, then they can't very well do their jobs. If anyone needs to know, they do. There is so much to prepare for with a console launch (I imagine, I do work in PR/marketing but in a different industry altogether): Press releases, social media tweets, event management (the hands-on part will happen later in this case, but I also know from experience that stuff like this is not as easy to organize as some people think). So yeah, it was always clear beyond a doubt to me that Nintendo's marketing and PR teams would know. So you shining some light on that and even elaborating that your professional opinion on announcement strategies was part of the equation when it came to making a decision, was very insightful now in light of that conversation. That sounds like the most ideal approach for me. It's marketing's expertise to do market research and propose options based on which the higher ups can make their decisions, so it's good to know Nintendo is no different in that regard. By the way, what sparked said conversation was the "K O N G" Tweet NoE (& its associated accounts) put out yesterday and PINNED to their accounts. If you haven't seen those you may wanna look at them. It was so outside the usual Nintendo socials MO (no render or trailer attached, absolutely NO context given, and then they also PIN the thing?) that i suggested this might be them reading the room on what the internert wants and adjusting their plans accordingly to completely confuse us and get some good marketing out of it for the Donkey Kong game. Sure enough, that post has MUCH higher engagement stats on all fronts (5-8 times higher) than their previous posts about the game.
I think they have to show games on the Switch 2. However just like last time we see little snippets of game play and they don't even show the title. I think they might show scenes from current games that are enhanced on the Switch 2. So technically they aren't discussing games but just showing the new system running games.
Since we know the announcement was not last year, I have believed that they could announce the Switch 2 on the date that the original Switch was released. I dont know if i do beleve this week will be anouned, but it could...
I seriously doubt that they'll wait another month and a half to reveal it. If not this week then sometime by the end of January, or first week of February at the latest.
Understandable, it's been 8 years ago since Switch got revealed, it's time for a brand new Switch or Switch Successor or the next similar upgradable system.
I'm 100% excited for the new Nintendo Switch. But I'm worried about pre-orders. I usually pre-order through Amazon, and since they have canceled multiple Switch game pre-orders and no longer have a supporting Nintendo page, I might have to look elsewhere. GameStop usually has limited quantities and has to send out cancellation emails because they exceed their pre-order limit.
I think they can do a tech overview trailer like they did for the OG Switch and still show games on the screen like they also did for the OG Switch. I mean it would distract from the tech talk, but you can watch these videos more than once. So I don't understand why they wouldn't just do that.
Is there any chance of a two-part reveal? "Join us again next week for a look at our new games." I know they haven't done it before, so it can't be very likely, but it makes more sense to me than just deciding not to show off the launch line-up at all. Maybe they show a couple games, and then more of them later? idk.
On the Switch it was great. I was at an animation class and the teacher popped the projector and made an impromptu discussion with the trailer. This time though, I'm getting an exam that same (alleged) day. PS.: I think many of us do consider the OG Switch trailer a hardware-focused one. Yes, it did show games, but besides BotW which we knew already - and Skyrim-, we didn't even know what games they were showing.
I'm kind of wondering if the reason they're having a hard time nailing down the reveal is because there's some game that's being delayed and they have been trying to prolong the reveal. Just because I have this feeling that maybe it was supposed to be revealed late last year, but this is always the challenge of these new consoles is to have they're release lineup of games. I just wonder if this is the big trouble about everything that's going on.
A thought I had was that maybe the original plan was to do just a hardware reveal but now that so much of it has been revealed. I wonder if internally the reveal was delayed to add in a game or two to the reveal
It would be pretty hard for Nintendo to repeat the Wii U's failure. The problem with the Wii U was that Nintendo showed the controller for 3.5 minutes during the reveal trailer and never, not once, showed the actual console. When the trailer ended, Nintendo displayed the old Wii logo with a blue box that didn't even look like anything special. I can't imagine how Nintendo would make the same mistake again. The path to success is simple: show the console, put a "2" next to it, show a new game. Done. The Playstation has been selling just fine by putting numbers next to it and the Switch should be no different. Don't be Microsoft and use some weird branding - just go for no-nonsense simplicity.
I still think there’s room for confirmation of cross play games such as Metroid Prime 4 to be used and show the visual differences between two generations of system.
I think February, Jan 16th ( Thursday) is Donkey Kong returns HD release , doubt they would announce Switch 2 when releasing a new game for Switdh that day
My problem with calling Donkey Kong an acceptable casualty is that its treating its release date as inevitable, something Nintendo was given and had to plan around. The reality is that Nintendo knew when they wanted to announce the Switch 2 and surely DK comes second, so why the hell would they plan them for the same day going back months to when these dates were decided? It just makes no sense to me. I'm not saying Nate's wrong, but if thursday comes and goes without anything, I'm not going to be dumbfounded.
I have been saying with friends and others for a couple of months that January feels like the best time to announce the System, and yeah especially this week. They have until March and March feels EXTREMELY LATE, and announcing in February will also possibly conflict with what ever The Pokémon Company International has in store as well. And I feel like a Spring and Summer launch for the system would be perfect release time for the simple fact that core fans can get the system more easily. Plus by the time Holidays roll around this year, there will be plenty of games to purchase for the system as well, allowing for new users to either purchase or for family to buy bundles as gifts therefore leading to potentially more profit.
I feel like the week after holiday returns for big box stores ends, is the ideal time to announce the switch sequel so no one refunds their newly bought holiday switch gifts/purchases. Haha
If they do announce the Switch 2 this week, I hope they also reveal the next Zelda with it as a cross-platform like they did with TP and BoTW. Those always felt special to me as launch titles because they were also on the outgoing platform as well
If I had to guess, Niintendo is being extra careful with the release of information this time because they're scared of people just not understanding the console like what happened with Wii U. Wii U was a decent enough console but extremely poor marketing left the average consumer completely clueless on what this was and whether or not they even needed it to play new Nintendo games. With the Switch and Switch 2's similarities, they probably fear a repeat of past mistakes.
I think we're going to see games. Maybe games won't be officially announced, a la the original Switch reveal, but I think we will see some. The major improvement to this console is the power of the hardware. You can't demonstrate that without showing us games running on it.

When the Switch was announced, it was strongly anchored by BotW, Mario Odyssey, MK8D, Splatoon 2, and ARMS.
Nintendoland 2 would be 🔥
Prime 4 is a Switch 1 game. We also need Prime 2 and 3 before 4 comes out. Prime 4 wont be till Summer at best assuming we get Prime 2 shadow dropped in the February Direct. Then it's up to when Prime 3 comes along.
Why would they do a package game? That concept has been dead for a decade
@@ReddRubble PS5 launched with a packaged Astro's Playroom, the precursor to Astro Bot, in November 2020 barely over four years ago. That's not a decade, not even half a decade.
@@ReddRubble Something to show off the mouse functionality?
Finding this channel with this video in my recommended feed brought back memories I haven't thought of for around 10 years now lol. It was the neural equivalent of an M&M being pulled from the depths of my sinuses.
I just can’t wait to find out what the “C Button” will be used for…
My anecdotal WiiU experience has to do with the tours Nintendo did to promote it's launch.
You should do a reaction video to the reveal talking over it. :D
Definitely!!
One reason the reveal won’t take away from DKC Returns HD release is that the Switch 2 is backwards compatible anyway.
And nobody excited to play the old game day 1
And if the leaks are to believed it won't be much different Software wise from the original switch
The leak made it sound more like the Switch 1 Hardware Overview trailer…
@@Jme_hdeno, it just said it's hardware focused. Switch 1 was also hardware focused.
It makes zero sense to not show games.
Switch to Switch 2 isn’t a huge leap, you’re delusional
Meh honestly i think graphics have hit a plateau since the previous gen (ps4, xbox one). Theres hardly much of leap in what you see comparing ps4 vs ps5 version. Unless u pause or stop moving in game and take a microscope to little details. But who cares as much about that in the middle of when you are gaming.
@ THANK YOU
@@thefonzpartI don't think they meant the Switch 2 is a big leap, more that the N64 was compared to the SNES.
Thank you guys for creating a channel that is so fun to watch, you both have wonderful chemistry!
Thank you for being here and watching!!
Mario peeking around the curtain again saying “I’m back…” would actually be a good call and I hope they do it again 😂
What if its Mario and Luigi both peeking? :D
@@Atropos148ah would make total sense! 2 brothers for Switch 2 !
Nonsense
As expected. Maybe we might get a 1-2 second preview of the upcoming first-party games just like the first Switch trailer (Splatoon 2, MK8 deluxe, and Super Mario Odyssey)
How can they show off the consoles capability to play games without showing the games?
@@kylemccrory8509The switch 1 reveal really didn't have much game reveals outside or a snippet of mario odyssey. Until the Jan. Event we thought many of the games were place holders since they just seemed like wii U games with minor edits (turns out they were wii U games with minor edits lol)
I wonder if the Switch 2 launch trailer will exclusively show Donkey Kong Country Returns footage 😂
The person who said Mar 7th for release date... later admitted they made all that up
Everything in reality is "made up" so that really doesn't mean anything.
And then it could count down to release date. After that maybe to some game releasing? This sounds like something that people would like
Krysta giving us news anchor reporter fantasy-esque with the gray coat, very fitting with the NewsNewsNews music cue.
Donkey Kong will be a pack in. Calling it now.
Hey I don’t know if I’m the only one feeling nostalgic seeing yall 2 still announcing Nintendo announcements definitely got me hype now!
I must say I'm loving the placement of the proplica Master Sword. Set looking cosy as always
Doesn't it look SO amazing??
The only software to show off the new console trailer is MP4 and maybe a 3D Mario game.
Prime 4 is a Switch 1 game.
@ Nintendo fans thought the same about twilight princess too
Flat-out wrong.
@@ItApproaches All Switch 1 games will run on Switch 2. The only question is if running on Switch 2 will result in performance enhancements.
@@terpfen it won’t and will stay the same optimization.
I think May would be a great release month, but June is fine too
Me personally? I’m strangely super excited for the mouse functionality lmao
they need to show something of the games even if it's a tiny teaser. nobody is going to be hyped about iterative hardware without exclusive games.
the leaks say games wont be in focus, but coule appear on screens or something like that. That is exactly like the switch announcement
Mine is this sunday and I really hope I can preorder a Switch 2 😊
Nope.
Thursday lets goooo. We are here. We finally made it
I’m kind of sad we won’t get software showcased. That’s what I’m most excited about is what games we are getting but I understand the wait.
Thank you guys! Awesome vid !!🎉
Did the same thing for the switch one when mario party was releasing I think.
The switch 2 is backwards compatible it’s all good
They can showcase the game in the trailer, to make sure people understand that Switch 1 games work on Switch 2
Are people forgetting how nintendo revealed the wii only showing the remote and a bizarre name (wii) but a few weeks later they shown of wii sport's gameplay and the rest is history!
I was pretty convinced on Thursday already, but the Kit and Krysta green light makes it canon ✍️ Thursday shall it be
Glad to see Nate getting the credit and respect he deserves.
Super excited!!! Let’s gooo!!! Very cool video btw
Jan. 16th is my b-day! Also. Late May, early June is perfect. Graduation gifts and no school. Plenty of time to game.
Jan. 17th is my birthday! if the switch does get announced this Friday it will be like a birthday gift to people who have our birthdays lol
I think they have to show games on the Switch 2. However just like last time we see little snippets of game play and they don't even show the title. I think they might show scenes from current games that are enhanced on the Switch 2. So technically they aren't discussing games but just showing the new system running games.
Hey kit and krysta hope you both are having a great day and thanks for making great videos and podcasts. 😁
I think the hardware focussed reveal could involve the system UI and the eshop, its a part of the original Switch that needs a major overhaul.
Donkey Kong would work on switch 2 anyway?
Omg I didn’t know they had their own channel I love new follower❤
Since we know the announcement was not last year, I have believed that they could announce the Switch 2 on the date that the original Switch was released. I dont know if i do beleve this week will be anouned, but it could...
I seriously doubt that they'll wait another month and a half to reveal it. If not this week then sometime by the end of January, or first week of February at the latest.
wow, Krysta! look at this video with lots of views. the metrics must be astounding!
@@dagdaleo830 don’t worry about stuff that hasn’t happened yet 😊
I think they can do a tech overview trailer like they did for the OG Switch and still show games on the screen like they also did for the OG Switch. I mean it would distract from the tech talk, but you can watch these videos more than once. So I don't understand why they wouldn't just do that.
I call it now: new donkey kong will be released this year. I am super excited about it
Is there any chance of a two-part reveal?
If it can run Link's Awakening remake without frame rate drops, then I'm sold
I think February, Jan 16th ( Thursday) is Donkey Kong returns HD release , doubt they would announce Switch 2 when releasing a new game for Switdh that day
I so want this to be an April release
I'm so excited and it's about time they're gonna reveal the new Nintendo switch 2 this Thursday.🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯👏👏👏👏
I hope Nintendo actually does do the "cast" feature. If it's utilized correctly on switch it could be really cool!
You guys are awesome!!❤
The surprise factor is indeed somewhat gone, but not for the general consumer, keep that in mind.
People need to listen to you guys more. You were skeptical of that "leaked" reveal date but predicted this week for reveal and you were right! 🎉
3:57 I expect a very similar thing, and Nate alluded to that as a possibility.
I’m worried the eventual game reveals will also be leaked, but it probably wont really matter.
The reveal livestream will break records for viewers
Haha
Yalls take actually is making me believe this might happen, but we will see. Clearly no matter what happens, switch 2 hype is at an all time high
I think they would be so focused on the hardware aspect of the switch 2 so they don’t have another Wii U situation.
If they do announce the Switch 2 this week, I hope they also reveal the next Zelda with it as a cross-platform like they did with TP and BoTW. Those always felt special to me as launch titles because they were also on the outgoing platform as well
It feels like it is too soon for new Zelda, we got ToTK and Echoes relatively recently, i dont expect new Zelda in the first year of Switch 2
i am so excited for this annouciment, even knowing that this new hardaware will propbably be hell expensjve
Your opinions and stuff about the switch 2 helps to really get excited about it!
Simple answer to the title of this video is "Because Nate said so"
