+Maroon Blossom that's exactly what happened, you've been fooled. It's called putting on a front. People that are depressed and/or suicidal have good days and bad days just like everyone else. Clearly you don't deal with anything like this, and your very lucky.

I'm a guy and I've always been fascinated with him. I mean. He was full of contradiction. He drove the safest car in the world and under speed limit for fear of a wreck yet regularly he injected himself with heroin. That right there is interesting.

Alternativegamer99, I think i know what you mean because I feel a strange dark emotion or some sort of mass deep sadness. Is it because we know now that his life was about to be taken away I don't know. It's just so flipping sad and the sadness hasn't really change or got any less since the 90s. same as Tupac. 2 huge losses in my life. I believe he knew dark forces were coming for him and to know that will always make me sad inside when I think of this.

That's because the people who are actually smart inherently have a university within them. They're curious, observant, empathic, analytic, and more -- all on their own.

as someone who also dropped out..school doesn’t teach you social skills or how to be a wise person. that’s something you learn over time of being a human and going through experiences that make you wiser, some people make mistakes and dont learn from them and a some people do. school only teaches you how to be book smart to go along with your “built in” intelligence.

Kurt is a Kennedy Democrat, same as I was.
He’d never agree with Progressives today, it’s not how we were raised.
Him and me are the same age, we both grew up on the streets, we both know right from wrong, and were sympathetic to good people who get picked on for stupid reasons like the gay thing at the time.
The bottom line is politically we support the working class and good people shouldn’t get messed with for dumb reasons, forget party.

Firstly, he killed himself because he was a heroin addict. Being powerless over such drugs that grip you mind body and spirit would drive anyone insane. It affected him mentally and anything else is speculation. If he was clean, if he got clean... I doubt he would have been so unhappy. Secondly, Stephanie, what in the hell are you talking about? See I wish interviews were more like this, making a celebrity feel comfortable, not feeling uncomfortable or awkward, nor feeling vulnerable, now these days, interviewers only interview lead singers. It is very interesting to see Kurt look like this. He seems like he is way past his depressive state and drug addiction. To think that he would commit suicide after numerous sources show that he seemed a lot happier, sober and more importantly, living for his daughter and coming to understand what he stood for. I find it so hard to believe that he would take his life, knowing that his daughter needed him, especially after watching so much raw footage of him closer to when he died. It just doesn't make sense.

JF Bruneau The Rome incident was NOT a suicide attempt. You are basically having faith in Courtney and not considering the actual facts and physical evidence. If you saw SIB , explain how the shotgun shell position was inaccurate. You can't use real logic to explain the facts they presented away. They mishandled that case. If you think they handled that case properly you are simply putting faith in a pathological liar. I've been learning about Kurt for 23 years. Everyone blows all his lyrics and his depression way out of proportion. Just like Courtney and some evil people would want you to.

God bless Kurt. 1994 was a terrible year for me personally... A couple of months after Kurt did what he did supposedly... My 21 year-old brother did the very same thing... The same way. It wasn't a copycat or anyting he had his own issues he didn't leave a note... But it was a devastating year of hell on Earth for me. You never get over it you have to learn to live with it but the thing about Kurt is.. and the same way I feel about my brother is that you have to keep them in your heart... And Kurt's music and his art left us behind with all the information and legacy that we can continuously learn from.
