Nice ! Sooo has anyone told you that you could be the young Mandy Moore double on This Is Us ? The entire time I was wondering why you looked familiar 🤔 yet this is my first time watching your video. Then the 💡came on ! 😆

Hahaha I have NEVER gotten that! I honestly NEVER get celebrity look alike. I’ve gotten Brittany snow before.. what?! 😳 and I’ve gotten the girl from spy kids. But thank you! Mandy Moore is gorgeous!

What temperature are you pouring each wax into the vessel? I tried it tonight and everything turned one color.

Life saver is using a waxer melter instead of the stove!

I have tried this technique so many times and my colors just end up mixing together. 😢How do you get them to look like this? What temperature do you pour at?

The pouring is tricky, I pour them at the same temperature just 10 or 15 minutes apart. I pour at about 120 or less usually I wait for my bottom to get almost cloudy then I pour. Then put it in a color area to make the wax inside the jar cool quicker. The top wax you can pour warmer if the wax is cooled enough.
Does that make sense? Lol! I know it took me a long time to get down 😫

@@ShadyyNess I tried it again today and I got an ombre which actually looks really cool. But I LOVE the distinction between the colors that you get! I'll keep trying but it's driving me nuts lol.

Do yours frost a lot or detach from the glass after curing

They do! Most of the time though that’s because it’s super hot where I live.. and the glass is cold. OR SO I READ hahaha I’m not sure how true that is but supposedly that it has to do with the glass being so cold.

no weighing, measuring or taking temps?

I have a video that shows the step by step of a normal candle and temperatures. It’s the same measures just cut in half. I usually do 32oz per big melter but with these I do two 16oz wax and temperature is usually around 130-120 but the second color can be poured warmer if needed the first color just has to cool a bit first that’s why I did them a few minutes apart
