Very cool! Not to bad on price when you see how much you are getting. And yes on the TriTip. I’m from Ca and everyone carries it! Some places even carry Wagyu TriTip and the flavor is out of this world! Can’t wait to see all the cooking videos that come out of that cow. Cheers 🍻
As I've been doing this channel and meeting new ppl its crazy to see how different types of meat and BBQ in general really is regional throughout the country. How did that Weber Ranch Kettle work out for you this summer?
Aviator Que So the funny thing I was waiting to cook for a big backyard bbq party but Covid kinda shut down that idea. 😂 Thinking about doing a dual brisket cook on it doing a massive charcoal snake method. I’ll see how that turns out. Cheers man!
My family use to buy a full cow. As in a Holstein that was producing milk a few days earlier. My uncles are no longer in the dairy businesses, so I buy steers or heifers now.

You bought half a cow? Probably you bought a half a steer or heifer. Yes, it matters.
I think we all get what he's talking about. If it had been an actual cow he would have said.
