    Avo oil although has a high smoke point deff has flavor. Grapeseed does not carry any flavor and has high smoke point as well👍. Some may like that avo oil taste though

    I like to stick the fish in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes before searing if you want to keep the center really raw.

    Do you need to freeze the fish after you catch to eat raw? I'm on the pacific so fish like yellowtail.

    I like to cook , Luke . Too bad I live in NE .. 80 miles from the ocean .. Anytime the cook celeb is presenting his table fare to the public have the spice held up to the camera for a screen shot please 3-4 minutes..Luke your about due for a catch/ cook ..How about FLOUNDER 🌺TU
