Malcolm.... we NEED more after-takes from you. Not only are you "educational" when it comes to grilling/smoking meals, but you provide a quality entertaining product as well. Keep up the great work.

It’s about personalities. The best UA-camrs are not just good at teaching. They’re fun and you feel like you’re hanging out. When I watch your videos, I always wish I could grab a beer and hang out with you. Love me some snapper bro! Excellent plate presentation too

    Malcom,
My hat is off to you and your lady. I can't even begin to explain how helpful AND educational you have been. And to be so transparent about everything seems so rare.
My wife asked who I keep watching while out back by the smoker and now she's hooked too! Y'all seem like genuinely nice people and we need that more than ever. The only thing I could wish for was you be on Stitcher or Google Podcast with your episodes (for when I'm on the road) but no big deal. Keep it up man because not only me but my family appreciates you too!

We made this last night and it turned out fantastic. Thanks for putting it out there. A neat trick I learned a while back for grilling fish, rub the fillet in mayo before seasoning. It sounds weird but the mayo cooks off and the fish will not stick to the grill. Skin or flesh side, it just slides right off the grate.
