Yeah! I’m only (insert number here) and Kiss is one of my favourite bands ever! Some others include Black Sabbath and AC/DC.

KISS is without a doubt the best performers hands down. A lot of artists now lack the passion of performing their music, KISS was the band that has the whole package of originally, costume design, song writing and how they perform live with the smoke machines, pyro, etc. They are definitely irreplaceable and without a doubt true Hall of Famers.

I actually went to a KISS concert a few years ago when I was in like third or second grade and I sat FRONT ROW and Eric Singer gave me 2 sets of drum sticks, Gene also gave me a drum stick which I gave to the lady next to me cause she was really nice, and I probably got a million guitar picks
Carmen Bene my parents went to one when I was really little so I didn’t get to go. But that is really cool.
I got hit under the eye with a pick it got stuck under my eye had to get surgery to get it out hurt like hell and they literally visited me when I had to get like 3 surgery's in one day and hurt a lot

This was my favorite band in the 1970's because it was just straight up hard driving rock with wild costumes and antics. Just love them still to this day. One thing people may not know is that Ace Frehley is a self taught guitarist.

I think pop stars are cool and I think me judging them in the past calling them "overrated" just because of their looks was stupid. A lot of them do make good music, again music is subjective. And there obviously must be a certain apeal that makes them famous to a certain audience. Just because I'm not in that audience doesn't mean it's necessarily bad. Now going to KISS, I don't necessarily get why everyone hates on KISS just because they aren't the best musically talented wise. Who cares? They make up for it in their shows. If anything, that's genius. Their good marketing and branding is what made them stand out from their competitors and I think it's brilliant. And besides, their music isn't terrible. Yeah sure it's not some crazy next level shit but I think it's still pretty solid and I do believe they deserve all the recognition they have gotten.
The boys are even worse than the girls. Back in the day, the boys were like EFF YEAH!!... but these boys today are like EFF NO!!... smh

I was four years old in 1980. I heard KISS Alive for the first time. I became a musician right then and there. I'm still playing. KISS was always there. Even when I came out of my coma, KISS got me through. I got to tell Gene Simmons this in person.
All the girls are the only ones that appreciate great music. Those guys clearly don't have people showing them great music as kids!

Excellent! I've been waiting for this video for a long time. Thanks to everybody who participated in this. KISS is and will be my all time favorite band ( I was only also 8 years old when I discovered them). All these kids are very cool and now I like them even more for all the good things they said here.
I am 48 my son is 10. He has loved Kiss since he was 4. We went to the last tour together. So many parents with kids. Good times.

I made a comment to our (then 6yo) son about having a Gene Simmons tongue. He asked who he is. I showed him pictures. He was hooked. Now KISS is his favorite band. We took him to see them two years ago and it was the best family night ever!
Kiss is the greatest band ever. Some people just don't appreciate their talent. I have met Kiss personally and they are very polite and their concerts are amazing.
I want to see all the generations to react to KISS.
Parents need to stop pussifying these kids. Every time they do a rock video these kids are like "loud music scares me". When I was this age, in my generation, me and every other kid I knew, the music couldn't be loud enough or rockin enough. You can really see the indoctrination in today's kids. They always end up liking this stuff when forced to give it a chance, but you can tell by their responses they are taught they are supposed to not like it. It takes a few watches before they realize it's ok to like old music, rock, and metal.

It’s not always down to the parents. My 2 kids grew up listening to classic rock and that was down to me. One of them still loves it. The other found his own taste (although more than likely influenced by his friends). Kids have their own minds and it’s impossible to totally corral them into your own way of thinking.
Mostly americans tho. Rock ive seen has a bigger scene everywhere else. Just look at the biggest rock festivals put coachella to shame.
