Please stop saying that they doNOT own the airspace mate , look it up they DO OWN airspace above their property (up to a limit) , it IS correct to state that they do NOT CONTROLaccess to their airspace if they have not built up to it. It is a bit like Public Rights of Way , you may buy land with a PRW through it, but you do not control access to it .
