Biggest security problem with places like this, are the lack of brain cells issued to the security people, along with trying to bark out commands on public property. I really love the way you deal so well and so politely with these authoritarian clowns who think they know the law but don't. Keep up the good work !!! 😁
Have you any thoughts DJ about what seems to be an increasing reluctance among these security guards to show their ID cards? My theory is this - they have to be 'trained' (🤣) to get these cards, and somebody's been paid a nice sum to create their 'training course', which I reckon has been 'accepted' by The Powers, whoever the hell they are, and is therefore used all over the country. Whoever created the course has made a cock up, so it says, wrongly of course, that they only have to show their cards to coppers. Of course it may instead just be that they're too thick or corrupt or both to follow the law.
It's nigh on impossible to train security personnel on 'the law' - it's a huge undertaking. The basic SIA course covers the basics of front line security operations. It's down to the employer to train the officers/guards on what the may need to know to carry out their relevant roles. Most companies cover trespass, arrests, assault , etc and should be training staff on public photography (it's relatively simple after all) - taking photographs or filming is not illegal (that's it - training over).
@@ysgol3 I disagree, check out the law on assault, trespass and arrests. It's not a simple undertaking. I agree about recording, however. That is pretty simple.
I’ve learnt so much about watching your videos about when you can record and fly your drone. Just wondering what you would do if the drone malfunctioned and landed on someone’s roof or dropped into their yard? Also did that airport type of vehicle have a license plate I couldn’t see one on the back when it drove past you on the public road.
@Jamie W The vehicle was a 'works truck', used for shunting trailers. Works trucks include thing like dumper trucks, forklifts, tug/trailer combinations, loaders, excavators and the like. Regulation 3(2) of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, as amended, defines a Works truck as: a motor vehicle (other than a straddle carrier) designed for use in private premises and used on a road only in delivering goods from or to such premises to or from a vehicle on a road in the immediate neighbourhood, or in passing from one part of any such premises to another or to other private premises in the immediate neighbourhood or in connection with road works while at or in the immediate neighbourhood of the site of such works. ‘Immediate neighbourhood’ is widely interpreted as 1 km, but can only be determined by the courts in relation to specifics of a case. All motorised vehicles used on public roads must comply with the construction requirements set out in the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986. While derogations for ‘works trucks’ apply, but, for example: if the works truck can exceed 20 mph it must have a horn in good working order if it can exceed 25 mph it must have a speedometer in good working order the engine must be in good working order (does not emit black smoke) and fitted with a silencer if necessary so that it does not emit excessive noise it must have brakes that enable it to stop within a reasonable distance mirrors are not required if the driver can easily see traffic to the rear the vehicle must be maintained in a safe condition so that it does not cause danger to the driver or other road users •Other regulations may apply to the specific vehicle, for example to display a flashing amber beacon, or to operate according to the User Manual. Third party motor insurance is required, even for crossing a public road, and a relevant licence. A ride-on lawnmower driver, for example, requires the Group K qualification to drive on a public road; A skid-steer loader Group H. Farm and military vehicles are subject to their own regulations.
A drone is an aircraft like any other. If you were to land a fixed wing aircraft in a farmer’s field due to engine failure, the farmer could not hold the aircraft hostage. If the farmer refused access then you’d have to start legal action to recover the aircraft. The farmer could then make a claim for crop damage etc. Whilst the aircraft is on the farmer’s property, the farmer is legally responsible for protecting it. If it gets destroyed by cattle then the farmer would have to pay for the damage. This is usually enough of an incentive for the farmer to release the aircraft. I would think that most of this would apply to drones, although the lower cost of drones may prevent you going down the legal route. However if they did throw your £1,000 drone in the bin I think you’d have an easy case.
Love the bike. I've been considering getting something like that myself but then I realised I wouldn't be able to chain it up safely if I was on a day out on it. Those bikes are too expensive to take the risk so I'd end up unable to go into restaurants, cafes and pubs etc.

Class mate 🤣
You should offer the security companies training days. It could be a nice little earner. In all the videos there is little evidence of training in the security staff beyond not going hands on. I think de-escalation, photography law and drone law would make three nice little training events.
WTG DJ love watching your vids, however the end section, just after stating your not going to go past the barrier you did...lmao
Your hands and phone went beyond the fencing..lmfao
Good work m8 keep it up..
Like the way you are polite but direct, keep it up. You got my subscription.
@@colingreer853 publicly accessible property! If it's private, make it so, put up a fence.
There is a big diesel spill at the fuelling station, might be of interest to the environmental agency. Also the ewaste being broken up like that isn't right. Maybe that's why they did want you to do a drone fly over. 🤔
So it may make a positive difference. If everyone thought, a drone may fly over here so we best do things correctly then surely this is a good thing for everyone? You can all thank me later 🤣🤣🤣
There is? Where?
I deliver to many of the places you cover in your videos. The security at most of them are difficult people with very little IQ. Really appreciate you giving it to them 🤣 been a follow since the pukka pie days 🙌🏻
I am dreadful at being told what to do by anyone with "authority". You handled those interactions very well, DJ.
Love these vids mate. Such a calm, authorative demeanor!
@@DontPanicDear We meet people every day who might annoy us. If you don't want to engage with him, then just ignore him. Silence is golden. Most issues arise because so many people spent their days being overtly filmed by the most CCTV per sq yard in the world, then get all up tight then someone points a camera phone at them. A little perspetive for you.
Authorative yeah? He sounds about as authorative as a wet fart, if he was to approach my business looking to make a nuisance of himself, I would escort him off the site, by putting hands on him if neccesary, and then explain to the police I thought maybe he was a security threat. I'm sure the gaurds bosses would praise such proactive work, and so long as no harm was done, the police would not be looking to make any arrest. Leaving matey here with about as much authority as a dribbly fart. Why go out of your way to annoy people just trying to go about a days work. Such a woke, wimpy soft world we live in these days.
@@davidnew5325 You talk about a 'wimpy, soft world' while typing furiously on your computer about how you would assault someone for being a nuisace. Feels like you got a bit triggered, fantasising about hurting someone who doesn't know you exist. Hope things get better for you.
Amazing, I love this. Especially the Notts episodes
The irony! That company will have drones in their warehouses for distribution.
So they can sell drones to you but you mustn't use them.
Thanks for the ariels.
My aunt passed
Good luck guys.
It's crazy to think how D.A.V.I.D can create such problems without speaking lol. The 1st security guard was as professional as a brick, wouldn't like him to be the 1st port of call for my business or represent any business tbh.
Orange high vis Guy got well schooled 😂😂😂
I'm of the opinion that to qualify as a ''security guard'' you absolutely MUST possess the intellect of cold mashed potato or LESS, preferably much much LESS dear oh dear oh dear!!! Thanks yet again DJ AUDITS for this very entertaining audit ;-)
😂😂🤣🤣
You are the same person that makes the waiters life hell for your enjoyment
It’s amazing how meany of those security guys are so uneducated. The first one has had to meany pies, the last one likes the sound of his one voice but what I love is the way you keep so cool and keep asking questions and quoting your rights, then they just walk away with their tails between there legs, very funny. 😂
Read back what you've written fella, and then perhaps reconsider the education bit!! 😉😂
Haha , how weird. I just this morning taken delivery of my repaired TV that was repaired at Newark campus. lol. Thanks for letting me see where it went. Regards del
Another great audit. Stood your ground in this one. I liked the bit at the end. I genuinely appreciate you not making a big issue of the number plates whilst still reserving it for the more stubborn interactions. Also, as a few people have said, careful with your bike. That's another area I wish the police would keep their noses out but unfortunately shitty legislation exists. Pedal assist at max of 15.5mph is legal limit. Twist and go is no no
That fat guy walking in fast forward had me roaring with laughter 😃 😀 😄
Curry's now own the airspace in the United Kingdom, wow never knew that ;)
Some mega money inside this place so security was very tight.
He needs to be locked in a dark room and have audits played to him 24/7 before he asks for his mummy whilst wearing nappies. 🙄 🤣🤣🤣 Well done DJ an outstanding audit 👍👏
I really love the way you deal so well and so politely with these authoritarian clowns who think they know the law but don't.
Keep up the good work !!! 😁
love your content ... subscribed .. commented, shared and liked ... keep up great work
Have you any thoughts DJ about what seems to be an increasing reluctance among these security guards to show their ID cards?
My theory is this - they have to be 'trained' (🤣) to get these cards, and somebody's been paid a nice sum to create their 'training course', which I reckon has been 'accepted' by The Powers, whoever the hell they are, and is therefore used all over the country. Whoever created the course has made a cock up, so it says, wrongly of course, that they only have to show their cards to coppers.
Of course it may instead just be that they're too thick or corrupt or both to follow the law.
Legally the badge must be on display. It only legally has to be shown to the police, the holder's employer and the issuing authority.
@@scotttchviski6706 Hi, there's not much law which is relevant to them, as you yourself indicate, so I reckon the SIA training should cover it.
@@ysgol3 I disagree, check out the law on assault, trespass and arrests. It's not a simple undertaking. I agree about recording, however. That is pretty simple.
yes lad been watching ur vids to learn more about drones!
Regulation 3(2) of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, as amended, defines a Works truck as:
a motor vehicle (other than a straddle carrier) designed for use in private premises and used on a road only in delivering goods from or to such premises to or from a vehicle on a road in the immediate neighbourhood, or in passing from one part of any such premises to another or to other private premises in the immediate neighbourhood or in connection with road works while at or in the immediate neighbourhood of the site of such works.
While derogations for ‘works trucks’ apply, but, for example:
if the works truck can exceed 20 mph it must have a horn in good working order
if it can exceed 25 mph it must have a speedometer in good working order
the engine must be in good working order (does not emit black smoke) and fitted with a silencer if necessary so that it does not emit excessive noise
it must have brakes that enable it to stop within a reasonable distance
mirrors are not required if the driver can easily see traffic to the rear
the vehicle must be maintained in a safe condition so that it does not cause danger to the driver or other road users
•Other regulations may apply to the specific vehicle, for example to display a flashing amber beacon, or to operate according to the User Manual.
You was on a right wind up with that security guard who did not have his card on display lol 🤡🤣👍
Do you ever get feedback from these companies when they find out the wrongs decisions of their staff?
Great question! I'd be interested to find out too
the logic of that security guy. " I'm not saying a word" proceeds to talk!
Love the bike. I've been considering getting something like that myself but then I realised I wouldn't be able to chain it up safely if I was on a day out on it. Those bikes are too expensive to take the risk so I'd end up unable to go into restaurants, cafes and pubs etc.
Get one with a removable battery, they are not light, but take a bag and put it in there. Oh and a good chain with a tamper proof alarm.
Alpha Romeo, nice car that is. Right, time for the drone. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
hippo man comes out of the swamp
😂 it’s only me init. Honestly man. You crack me up 🤣
Great drone footage love your work
And the icing on the cake......Bun man turns up hahahahaha Brilliant
Great show DJ. Iv learnt so much from these and other audits. Thanks.
The bloke in car! Handed him arse on a plate 🤣🤣
This is what happens when companies hire simpletons to do security.
Quick question about the Amberstone security guard that drives the Alfa Romeo car with the registration 'FM 19 MUP'. Is the MUP short for MUPPET?
Undoubtedly 🤭
Love how their egos shrink in the presence of actual knowledge.
You need to get yourself a Boefeng radio and scan PMR channels... Would be funny to hear them in yhe background. Hey Tommy! I see the droooone!!!
They will probably be using digital / encrypted radios.
