The Hide Away winch is extremely innovative. Great idea.
It's useless as a winch though. I have my winches sunk so I can still use them, pull from the front of a car, disconnect and hook the winch to the rear axle to pull it further onto the trailer. Even though it's under the first car I can still use it to pull the second car up. And mine is an old modified Big Tex from the mid '90s. No need to spend a ton on new fangled junk.

Love the hide a winch. Adding a winch mount to my gooseneck similar to how it was on the blue one except it’s going to be receiver type so I can use on my truck also. Black trailer would be my dream in 24 length.

Love the hideaway winch and all i would love to see some landscape trailers from them for lawn mowers and such. And the tilt on that trailer is also great to have power or gravity my boss's car trailer is hydraulic tilt but having it both ways would be nice and the deck lights would be killer to have loading at night being able to see where your chaining/strapping down
Bought 16’ 32” LPD. I absolutely love this trailer. Ever thing about it is so thought through… except the gate.. seems like it like a lot of thought and innovation went into the trailer, they got to the gate and was like… mmmeehhh..!
I love all the cut out in the deck on the mvc trailer. Plenty of tie down spots and anchor spots

Wish I had the money to buy a diamond c for my hotshot set up that I'm still trying to get started. I'm driving for a buddy of mine now, but he's got an in with load trail trailers and won't go any different route. I've watched countless videos on different manufacturers of trailers and I always go back to diamond c for the way I'm going. Been a fan of yours for many years Greg, keep busting out great material buddy.
Yea that's a bad ass trailer. I own a Diamond C CHT single car hauler.. That trailer gets looks everytime it's on the road

DIAMOND C TRAILERS hands down the best trailer company out there. I’ve never owned one before, but the workmanship and the quality of these trailers are very user friendly. I wish they would do away with the gooseneck and build step decks and flatbeds to hook up like a semi flatbed/step deck. I’m always having to custom build one for hot shots. Cut the gooseneck off. Plus it’s much safer hauling.

Load vs pressure chart is a darn good idea - but the gauge'll need to be calibrated to be most effective as a +/- 10% of FSD* tolerance isn't uncommon, not is an offset (when the gauge doesn't actually read zero with no pressure). An operator could be a fair bit over, and face some hefty penalties, while thinking he was OK - or think he was at his limit with a fair bit of load reserve being unused.
13:40 - sometimes you need to pull something with a low hitch point, or need it right up to the front - having the winch pivot, or being adjustable for height, and/or an optional bottom roller or block would allow this.
*Full Scale Deflection - for a 150 PSI gauge that means +/- 15PSI, which is across the whole range. So actual may be 80 PSI, but the tolerance allows 65-95 PSI gauge reading. Obviously, the closer the tolerance on FSD, the more accurate the gauge will be, and the closer to actual load.

Why not add like a shelf on top of the battery and air compressor that is removable. so you could you that little extra storage space but also access that equipment if you need to service them?

Depends on the trailer....def not running a 7k at 8500 on the axles....tires being one reason...but i have ran one at 6900 quite a bit. 🤣
Just change the switch for the light. So when the you open the air compressor door the light goes on.

Slick trailers! They already have a dump valve for the bags- why not add a control to each wheel or axle set to aid in servicing tires on the road? Each wheel set would be better if the trailer was loaded.

good .. great video .. I ask you a question .. I have a ram 2500 and I want to transport 40k pounds .. plus the weight of the vehicle .. do you recommend that I change to 4.88 or more? I have 800 pounds of touch ..I'm looking for more power and torque or just increase the differential ratio to 4.88 or more..I put air suspension on the vehicle ... because the original was springs and it couldn't hold the stork's neck
