Probably my favourite Ghostface song.. theres so much heart and soul on one extended verse, backed up by the hook and beautiful voice of Mary J. Blige, just makes it sound so angelic. Theres almost a pain in his voice, writing and thinking and looking on back where he came from and how far he’s come and what he struggled with just trying to survive. Taking care of his mom and brothers. I really respect Ghost for what hea accomplished and how he had to grow up and raise his brothers. This just hit different especially, when you have experienced it 😔😢. It was hard for me raising my two. I worn tore up shoes, not enough food for me 2 eat only enough for my kids. I went without but I made sure they didn't. Ppl always acknowledge my kids and all the time how they was raised, they're 19 and 16½ now doing SUPERB. It's the true meaning how I appreciate how the cards was dealt to me in life and appreciating what I had, even though it was only enough to get by. That's why I enjoy helping other children.
