Tupac was so ahead of his time... crazy how much he went through in his short 25 years of life, more than anybody will ever experience in their WHOLE life.. Rest easy Pac.
He would of lived longer if he didn't run his mouth to the wrong people . That was his down fall . Never knew when to shut up . But how ever he was a real talent . And much respect to him . He lived that lifestyle tho .

Glad to know I'm not the only one who came here for therapy. 2pac was like the older brother I never had, helped me get through depression as a child and this song always lifted my spirits along with many others from this album. I miss this brother so much. May he rest in peace and bless you all.

This song always makes me keep pushing. Just a few years ago, 2016, lived with my ma and things were tough. She'd chase me out of the house and I'd walk around the ghetto lookin up and telling God to at least throw a mango from heaven so I'd stop being hungry. Though he didn't throw one He's made sure I can give myself as many mangos as I want. Also most of my friends became thugs sadly , but God took good care of me and destined a different path for me. I can't thank Him enough, He's made sure my life still goes on. Believe in Him and He'll make it happen even if it's later in life. May He look out for you also who's reading this.

When you listen to Pac's music you don't even realize that he was in his early 20s writing all of this. His lyrics are so well put together and when he rapps about life it sounds like he lived a lifetime in just 25 years. If it wasn't for Diddy we would still have him today, he was way ahead of his time. His music is relevant almost 30 years after he died that's something not many artist achieve.
As white teenagers in Iowa, we used to hang to this song and feel it, not havin to say a word. Now I’m 40 and still have nostalgia for those times thanks to songs like this that help capture the real moments shared in a hard life.
I've been listening to him since I was 16. I remember the night he died I'm 43 and still listening to him. These kids don't know legends like we did!! Rip ❤️❤️😢
Same. Born in '78 so the 90's were my teenage years, & I remember 2Pac was the hottest name around. He was at every party we had, & went to. Everyone I knew had his album All Eyes On Me. Miss those carefree times.
I listened to this song for the first in forever yesterday and I started crying...for no reason,I just woke up,played it first thing this morning and still cried over it...damn man
Used to cry to this song an awful lot, but u gotta realise eventually life goes on, don’t give up on ur dreams because of something that has hurt u, u gotta keep on pushing, RIP 2pac
It's so sad that 2Pac died young... He was so talented and this world took advantage of him... 2Pac will forever be remembered as long as we always bump his music 🐐❤
I instantly loved this song. It’s such an emotional song, it almost made me cry. ❤ He would’ve been 52 years old today. Happy Birthday to my favorite rapper and to the greatest rapper of all time, Tupac! I love you forever and your legacy will live on forever. ❤🥳🎉🎊🕊️6/16/2023

So sad when he was killed i was a total mess for a long time. i will love and miss you always.# PAC4LIFE This old lady will never forget you fly high sweetheart.
I was 24 in 1998 and was studying abroad in London and for strange reason this was My song. I listened to it everywhere. From walking around the streets of London, riding on the Tube, just chilling near the River Thames, and of course after smoking some….. RIP Pac. Love this!!! 🙏🏼❤️
this is my all time favorite song. and now i'm in financial problem and family problem this is my comfort song. life goes on! ill pray for my self to be strong to handle this situation! 🙏
When people say things like pac wasn’t a lyricist or he was overrated I think about songs like this. The last verse was so cohesive he could actually sit across from you and say that verse like a conversation. Not only that, he’s rapping about his last wishes and you could picture his perfect (for lack of a better word) funeral from how he describes it. We feel him because, who wouldn’t want to be sent off like that? What better example of “life goes on” than a party at a funeral? If you can take a subject we all think about like what happens after we die and how we cope with the concept of death and loss, make it rhyme on beat and be catchy and relatable then you are a master of this craft we call rap.
I bumped Tupac heavily in jr high and high school. When I was more pure and less tainted. Sometimes I come back to these jams to remain humble. Life goes on ☹️🫡
After losing my brother now burying my father…I come back to this song to help me with my anger and confusion accepting that Life Goes On may their souls live forever and watch over me as I continue my journey ❤️🩹🙏😔
WHO'S STILL LISTENING TO THIS GOLDEN TRACK? I'M 24 YEARS OF AGE NOW AND I STILL LISTEN TO THIS SINCE I WAS 5. NEVER GETS OLD. FROM PHILIPPINES WITH LOVE! PHILIPPINES🇵🇭
I think this was one of Pac's saddest songs ever. Although it never got the glory that California Love and others got on the ALL EYEZ album it has as much significance today as Keep Your Head Up, So Many Tears, and Dear Mama. In essence "Life Goes On" is TIMELESS!
This is probably one of the saddest songs 2pac has ever written. This song made me cry 💔 Edit: one month after I made this comment above: my brother was just shot and killed on Easter of this year so this song hits even deeper now. He was only 18.. I’ll never forget him 💔
It hits me harder than most songs. I even put it in my depressing music playlist. It always moves me so fucking much... you can just hear the pain in his voice.
This song always gets to me. It's so damn sad that it's still relatable today. Yet, despite that, I can't help but smile sometimes when he talks about him and his friend being kids. This song literally makes me smile, then hits me with pure dread. Tupac was a mastermind, because that's what happens when you think of someone you lost. No matter how happy the memories were, you'll always get hit with pure dread and despair.
My uncle Aric just passed away on the 12th of July, left behind 3 kids his mom and dad, two sisters and one brother. And 9 nieces and nephews, he was only 35, this was one one of his favorite songs by pac. Rest easy uncle Aric.
Hey everyone, my grandfather just passed away. Came to this song nearly immediately to grieve. Shows how powerful music can be. Just always remember not to be too hard on yourself and love those around you. Have a great day tomorrow everyone. Life goes on.
But he is, that's the trick. He lives through his work and through us. If we keep bumping him how can he be gone? They gone be bumping him 100 years from now. Stay up bruh!
Drunk right now just staring into the abyss . Gambling addiction has taken the better part of me. Been listening to pac for over 20 years always keeps me coming back when im alone and drunk. The best artist in the world. Stay safe and take care of your family and friends. Never forget that you are always a member of the hopeless no mather how good you are doing. Life goes on.
Man gambling isn't the thing that has you. It's an excuse to the real issue. Depression, loneliness, and for me I was screwed with the morphine dragon on my back. Finally something snapped in my head and I said F-gambling the house always wins just like the country singer Kenny Roger's sang. I lost so much of what my dad left me in the grand casino Coushatta. I'd be driving away saying that place just needs burnt the f down but hey they make them for one reason To take your money. They bait you pull you in and your screwed. My little sunrise was going 3 nights a week. I'm worrying as the sun is coming up are my kids getting up for school. Because they refused to answer my phone calls. Showing me some tough love !! Oh I been there. Now I'm morphine dragon free, might buy a scratch off or the Louisiana lotto but no more houses so they can build a frigging west wing upstairs off my dolla.
And as I listen to this song I dedicate it to my son. Well I considered him my son. Shot by a meth head with a pellet gun. Tank Terrance Sims just turned 32 on May 17th. They shot him on the 22nd. Got clean off saying some new law about " stand your ground" oh boyhowdy they all best stay the f away from my ground owned n payed for back in 1991.
I love you Tank. You would have made a good husband for Jacki. " my daughter" he was about the only mofo she'd listen to. And don't dare dis me in front of him, it was her booty if she made that mistake. I love you n miss you so much Tank
The newborn kids would never know that this even exist :/ its so sad because this is something that will never repeat again. Proud to be generation that grow up on this. Tupac was a wonder

As white teenagers in Iowa, we used to hang to this song and feel it, not havin to say a word. Now I’m 40 and still have nostalgia for those times thanks to songs like this that help capture the real moments shared in a hard life.
I am also a white teen in iowa, keeping the tradition alive
@@FalconMain3 🙌 💕 love it!
Tupac is an emotion which means his energy is technically still alive in our dimension and several others
Hmmmm Vybz
I've been listening to him since I was 16. I remember the night he died I'm 43 and still listening to him. These kids don't know legends like we did!! Rip ❤️❤️😢
we do tho :)
One of the saddest days ever
Same. Born in '78 so the 90's were my teenage years, & I remember 2Pac was the hottest name around. He was at every party we had, & went to. Everyone I knew had his album All Eyes On Me. Miss those carefree times.

This song is for everybody i feel, streets or not. If you have experienced loss of any kind then this hits different. RIP PAC king of rap
Pac was and still is generations ahead of his time. His songs hit deep whether you can relate or not. True talent.

I am 62, and Tupac is the only one who plays in my car. I really miss hi
I was 24 in 1998 and was studying abroad in London and for strange reason this was My song. I listened to it everywhere. From walking around the streets of London, riding on the Tube, just chilling near the River Thames, and of course after smoking some….. RIP Pac. Love this!!! 🙏🏼❤️
absolutely extraordinary that someone his age could make a song as emotional and deep as this. RIP Tupac, I know you made it to heaven buddy

When i was 15 Pac helped me with this song.
Now i have 36 and still Pac is there for me.
I think i'll be there till i die ❤️
It’s 2021 and still can’t get enough of the prophetic Pac🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thanks Pac!!
Man we losing too many of the legends
Peace, what away to put it peace😂
I bumped Tupac heavily in jr high and high school. When I was more pure and less tainted. Sometimes I come back to these jams to remain humble. Life goes on ☹️🫡
A true poet that brought it to the streets. RIP PAC
Pac hits every emotion with his art ..G.O.A.T No one comes close
This man had me mourned for a homie that never passed.
Amen
After losing my brother now burying my father…I come back to this song to help me with my anger and confusion accepting that Life Goes On may their souls live forever and watch over me as I continue my journey ❤️🩹🙏😔
WHO'S STILL LISTENING TO THIS GOLDEN TRACK? I'M 24 YEARS OF AGE NOW AND I STILL LISTEN TO THIS SINCE I WAS 5. NEVER GETS OLD. FROM PHILIPPINES WITH LOVE! PHILIPPINES🇵🇭
Here in 2023 bumpin
Tupac had a way to connect with anyone. ONE OF A KIND
Grew up on pac
I think this was one of Pac's saddest songs ever. Although it never got the glory that California Love and others got on the ALL EYEZ album it has as much significance today as Keep Your Head Up, So Many Tears, and Dear Mama. In essence "Life Goes On" is TIMELESS!
He was only nineteen, when he wrote this...his music will live forever, just like he said..Rip Tupac....
This is probably one of the saddest songs 2pac has ever written. This song made me cry 💔
Edit: one month after I made this comment above: my brother was just shot and killed on Easter of this year so this song hits even deeper now. He was only 18.. I’ll never forget him 💔
Its real.... no question and that hits hard...
😭😭😭😭me too
Indeed very sad
Me too Man,t thats remermer me real bad things when i was liviing in Illinois State in winther Time whit out a car
It hits me harder than most songs. I even put it in my depressing music playlist. It always moves me so fucking much... you can just hear the pain in his voice.
This is one of my favorite songs. Tupac was a legend, still a legend, and he will remain till the end of the world.
😢
This song makes me cry
💯
This song always gets to me. It's so damn sad that it's still relatable today. Yet, despite that, I can't help but smile sometimes when he talks about him and his friend being kids. This song literally makes me smile, then hits me with pure dread. Tupac was a mastermind, because that's what happens when you think of someone you lost. No matter how happy the memories were, you'll always get hit with pure dread and despair.
i always seem to remember everone who left when it comes on
Rest in peace the legendary Tupac 🎉🎉🎉🎉
My uncle Aric just passed away on the 12th of July, left behind 3 kids his mom and dad, two sisters and one brother. And 9 nieces and nephews, he was only 35, this was one one of his favorite songs by pac. Rest easy uncle Aric.
Hey everyone, my grandfather just passed away. Came to this song nearly immediately to grieve. Shows how powerful music can be. Just always remember not to be too hard on yourself and love those around you. Have a great day tomorrow everyone. Life goes on.
Praying for you and your family🖤 stay strong & lean on your God for comfort and peace🙏🏼❤️🩹
My uncle died two days ago, I came to listen to this song now, crying a lot...
Peace brother ❤
2pac's songs can help you get through hard times and also help you with depression at it's highest level 💔💯
i love t his song bro
I can't believe he wrote his own tribute song
But the song just brought me back to tears bruh. 😭
Big facts
I'm playing this one for my friend who just got buried on the 5th of January 2025 😢I'm still broken
He was way ahead of time, your memories will never be forgotten.
Indeed. He was a visionaire
When he said "we the last ones left", it hits different because he isnt one of the "last ones left" anymore today.
Deeply missed, Tupac 😔
But he is, that's the trick. He lives through his work and through us. If we keep bumping him how can he be gone? They gone be bumping him 100 years from now. Stay up bruh!

Drunk right now just staring into the abyss . Gambling addiction has taken the better part of me. Been listening to pac for over 20 years always keeps me coming back when im alone and drunk. The best artist in the world. Stay safe and take care of your family and friends. Never forget that you are always a member of the hopeless no mather how good you are doing. Life goes on.
You ain’t alone I love poker and getting wasted playing poker it’s not the best 😂
I'd be driving away saying that place just needs burnt the f down but hey they make them for one reason
To take your money.
Yo my brothers got a gambling addiction can you help me understand it man
The newborn kids would never know that this even exist :/ its so sad because this is something that will never repeat again. Proud to be generation that grow up on this. Tupac was a wonder
