Sorry to be a Ryan Knorr but as a Civil Engineer, I feel it my duty to put my Health and Safety hat on, and say entering a trench with unsupported sides is a big no no. Just did the same exact job here in New England - it’s a lot of work. Only thing I noticed is you took the time to dig down deep enough you should have kept it that deep when you brought it up into the foundation of the new building - looked really shallow where you entered the new building - Also would have been worth your time to sleeve that water line so in the future if there’s any issues you don’t have to dig the yard up again. I’m just starting to get my grass back to normal after all the crazy digging we had to do. It’s a hell of a job I salute you for taking it on yourself 👍🏻👍🏻

Yellow teflon tape is rated for gas pipe, not water pipe. All those connections are future leakers. And as a plumber, always tape AND dope your water main connections. You want to give yourself the most assurance as possible when it comes to water mains. You don't want to be the one that has to dig that all up again and re-do it because it's leaking unless you like unnecessary extra work for yourself. I don't.
